An Excellent Stay – Wonderful Staff and Outstanding Service

We had an excellent stay and, overall, this hotel truly deserves the highest recommendation.

First of all, special praise must go to the reception team. The lady with long blonde hair — unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name — was wonderful, as was the gentleman working with her, whom I believe is called Mr Tan. Both were exceptionally efficient, professional and helpful, and their English was excellent. When we arrived, my child wasn’t feeling well and they kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which meant a lot at that moment. Check-out, on the other hand, literally took about three seconds! This is exactly how reception service at a five-star hotel should work.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, including our room. A very special thank you to the two lovely ladies responsible for cleaning the 7th floor — I believe one of them was Ms Nesife. They did a fantastic job throughout our stay.

Our direct sea view was absolutely beautiful, and the internet connection was excellent and reliable.

When it comes to food, there is simply no way anyone could go hungry here — the choice is enormous, as we have come to expect from Delphin hotels. I would especially like to mention the lovely young lady serving the delicacies that are sliced to order in the restaurant. She was always cheerful, welcoming and smiling.

One thing that particularly impressed us was the terrace service. Of the Delphin hotels we know, the service here was exceptionally fast. The staff were constantly attentive, drinks arrived quickly, and they would regularly come back to ask whether we wanted anything else. The beach bar deserves the same praise — the waiters and baristas were fast, friendly and extremely helpful.

Another important positive point: there was no issue whatsoever with flies around the food, something we unfortunately noticed at another very popular hotel nearby.

The young lady handing out the beach towels also deserves a mention because she was incredibly kind and always greeted guests with a smile. These small interactions with staff really contribute to the overall atmosphere of a hotel.

The beach itself was very clean and enjoyable. If technically possible, perhaps it could be made slightly larger by using some of the area currently reserved for boats. This is only a suggestion rather than a complaint.

If I had to point out one small area for improvement regarding cleanliness, it would be the changing cabins near the beach. Unfortunately, not every tourist is equally considerate. On one particular day, something very inappropriate had been left inside one of the cabins and remained there throughout the day. Because situations like this are caused by guests rather than the hotel itself, perhaps the cabins could simply be inspected and cleaned a little more frequently. Everywhere else, however, we found the hotel impressively clean.

There can also be some waiting for the elevators during peak periods, particularly around dinner time or when everyone is heading to the evening entertainment. A few more elevators would certainly be convenient, although this was never a serious problem for us.

The entertainment programme was excellent, with plenty going on and something for different ages and tastes.

Service was also very responsive whenever we needed assistance. At one point I needed help with the air conditioning in our room, and the technicians arrived almost immediately.

Guest Relations were equally wonderful and deserve a special thank you. They even managed, more than once, to find T-shirts of ours that had accidentally fallen from the balcony! :) That probably says more about their patience and helpfulness than any standard description of “good service” could.

Having experience with other Delphin properties, I would say that Be Grand offers somewhat more entertainment for very young children, while Imperial would benefit from renovation. Each property has its strengths, but our experience here was genuinely excellent.

Overall, almost everything was perfect. The best way I can describe our stay is that our biggest complaint was having to leave — it is a shame we couldn’t stay for three months!

Thank you to the entire team, from reception and housekeeping to Guest Relations, restaurant, terrace and beach staff, for making our holiday so enjoyable.

We would happily return and, hopefully, we will see you again next year.

First day was not that becuz they made uss stay în a smal room even though we ordered for a big one. The location was beautifull and The beach was amezing. Every where was fun and cool. I dont realy know The price but i think it was worth it. A bit of noise but its music. Very clean. Some Times services are good and some Times bad. Idk wha ameneties are.
