We've just returned from a very enjoyable holiday at this hotel. Although it is large, the outside of the hotel is very well laid out with many food stations and places to eat and drink. There are 3 good sized adult swimming pools, although I could not use the main pool as I am partially disabled and the steps were too steep for me to get in or out. The main buffet restaurant is very large and sometimes it was difficult to find a table but the selection of food is amazing. We would like to mention 2 people from Guest Relations: Natali, who was extremely helpful, and also Aubrey who always greeted us with a smile and was available for any advice we needed. We hope to return to the hotel one day soon.
We are 4 days into our weeks holiday at Delphin imperial,this is our 3rd visit,and have to say each time we come back it never disappoints. Turkish Ala art was amazing,the food and service was amazing. Me and my wife had a Turkish massage followed by a very relaxing hour massage for €100 each,absolute bargain. Sinan (Simon) the Spa man that walks around the pool has been a pleasure to talk to,even when we was on the pier having a drink he spent time to come and talk to us. Ally the energetic always happy waiter around the pool has never let us be without a drink, such a lovely man,honestly he can’t do enough for you. His team are amazing as well,they are taught by the best. The Mexican Ala art was great,service was amazing.Staff in reception bar are so entertaining,we love sitting there to get THE BEST drinks . Eddie at night time is very attentive when we are sat in the pool bar. Alice in Wonderland Show,omg it was amazing.I would highly recommend watching this. Beer fest was good, but unfortunately the only negative that we have had yet is that it is literally only Beer, they should at least have a wine table for those that don’t drink Beer. Looking forward for the refurbishment over the winter, can’t wait to come back next October with the family (which has been booked for months already) Keep up the great work, all the hard work shows .

I visited Delphin Imperial with 3 friends and love everything about this hotel. From the moment we stepped in we were wowed by everything. This was a mums reset holiday, and pleased to say it was a successful trip thank you to Delphin x
Brilliant hotel with excellent customer service. Candy land was the best. We filled up on sweets galore! The food and entertainment on offer was absolutely brilliant. We are vegetarian and we ate until our bellies were full.
