I am going to sum up this experience in one paragraph before I delve into more detail - this hotel takes "All inclusive" to the next level. Where other hotels go out of their way to save money and make all inclusive hard, this hotel goes in the opposite direction. It's expensive but it's well worth the money.

We went as a couple with a 14 year old and a 17 year old and stayed in one of the loft rooms. Lets start with the room - what a great room! It's split into two stories and both rooms are huge. To be clear this is one door to access both but it spans over two levels. Our downstairs room had a king size bed and a single bed. Our upstairs room had a king size room. Both upstairs and down had a full en-suite and toilet. Bathrooms stock with plenty of towels and amenities including shower gel, razors, toothbrush, shampoo etc. Ample space up and down to store things. Each floor also had a fully stocked mini-fridge with water, alcohol (some named brand), soft drinks and snacked. It was topped up daily. Never had an issue with cleaning. This was done daily and I think the bed linens were swapped every other day. The room was super quiet too - I didn't hear a single noise throughout are stay which NEVER happens (this was in D block).

Next to the staff - wow. From the point of arrival to exiting they were almost perfect. As we arrived, hotel staff came out to help with the baggage and bought it inside. As we checked in, we got a welcome drink and process was seamless and we went to our room and they helped get the luggage up there. Same in reverse for checkout. They took our cases to the front and as our transfer arrived they helped us out too. The waiters and waitresses in the restaurant were great - always asked every meal what we wanted to drink and were super accommodating. The cleaning staff always polite and courteous, especially if they were taking up space in the hall. They do an amazing job. Reception staff also great! Bar staff, great! This hotel has customer service down to a tee, whoever is running this is doing a great job.

Cleanliness. The hotel is HUGE but honestly it's kept immaculate. Usually in hotels of this size you'd see lots of flies/dirt/rubbish but there was none of this here. The food areas, the pool area, the pathways, the bins - all clean. The team do an exceptional job.

Food and drink. Where to start the main restaurant is where we spent most of our time. There was a massive selection and the selection was GOOD. Fresh haloumi, lamb, steak, they do not shy away from providing you with good food. There's even a premium cheese section! The way the desserts were presented. WOW. There are so many bars + fridges you can just grab drinks out of. There were branded drinks as well as local and you could choose. The cocktail selection was amazing and they actually did a proper cocktail not an excuse for one. The hotel spoils you with a chocolate bar, a dessert bar and snacks available all the time and basically everywhere as you walk around outside. We'd never experienced anything like it.

Pools. Always availability for a sun lounger. The slides were exceptional as well! Pools were clean and a good temperature and a good selection from quiet to lively. We preferred the olympic pool which was a good mix of the two.

Facilities. The Gym on site is excellent, was super quiet and a had a massive range of equipment. There is an indoor pool but we didn't go there. There's a cinema, childrens play rooms, there's just so much. This place is huge. There is fast wireless throughout and wireless seems to cover everywhere. Once you are connected you just stay connected which was also amazing.

We've given this five stars - and it really is - if you're considering whether this is worth the money it absolutely is, it's a step up on the standard all inclusive experience and we'd 100% go back

Things I noticed that I think could help improve the experience even more - these are more for the hotel to tweak the experience to make it even better:

1. I don't mind being asked for feedback while we are out and about but to be woken up with phone calls asking us for feedback at 9am in the morning (on two consecutive days) is too much - don't do this.

2. I saw on several occasions your lifeguards spending more time on their phone and less time doing their job. Also, please consider manning someone permanently at the end of the pier. We went there daily and there was only someone there around 10% of the time

3. The theme nights are good but there didn't seem to be a huge difference between the nights. The theming itself was great - balloons, staff t-shirts, even desserts matched the theme but the main part of the food not so much.

4. It's pretty difficult to understand and find the selection of food you have on offer in the main restaurant. Because it's so big your food can be cold by time you've picked up one thing and gone exploring. I don't know how you fix this but honestly I felt like I needed a map to understand what you had available each day. You can make a very quick change here easily - your food cards should be triple the size and the font should also be triple the size. The font is too small and you have to get really close to read it.

A great hotel full of fun for the lads who are 14 each. Good food choices and memin in the main restaurant his service was the best I have ever had and we have stayed in many top hotels all over the world. Would definitely come again. Service around the pool areas also seem less and every 5 minutes people asking did we want drinks. Would defiantly come again.
