I stayed at Delphin Imperial Hotel in June this year, which is considerably better than this hotel in many ways.
It is incomprehensible that the drink fridges get locked in the afternoon, and I don't understand why there is no beer in them — that was readily available at Imperial. The food is heavy on carbohydrates, while there could be significantly more meat options. Lunch is quite basic for a hotel of this class.
On the positive side, the service is good, and the staff is generally polite and attentive. However, the music in the evening can be heard until 23:30, which disturbs sleep and relaxation.
All in all, my rating is 3/5 because many things could and should be much better for this price point.
My husband and I had a few minor concerns regarding the hotel’s organization, but the hotel manager invited us for a conversation, and we were truly impressed by how professionally and thoughtfully everything was handled.
The food is good and tasty, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, hardworking, and approachable, and the kids’ animation team does an excellent job with the children.
The evening shows and entertainment program are also very good.
We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We are just back from the Delphin be grand and we would 200% return . The girls on the roller blades and effey were who made our holiday they actually deserve an award for how special they made us feel and I really think they should have the recognition for just how hard they work in 40 degree heat . They cannot do enough for you making you feel special cared for as if you were part of their family . It is because of them and how much they made my family and my teenage daughter feel so special that I will return . Amazing work sudee effy and the other girl you make the delfin the 5 stars that it is . Jo
We are currently on holiday at the Be Grand, we are delighted with our experience’s. Our room is C3309 and we are more than happy with it. Although we don’t have a sea or pool view, we are happy to sit on the balcony and watch the coming and going of the people staying at the hotel. The room is cleaned daily with fresh towels every day. Throughout the hotel the cleaners keep the hotel spotless. The food is excellent, there is always something even for the fussiest eater, and so many places to eat and drink. It would be amiss of me not to mention the young lady from Bali that works in the Oasis bar, so very friendly and nice and very good at her job.
