They are very nice people working here, they help you when u need help, the food is good, the beach is very pretty and very nice same as the drinks
We came here back in June and had an amazing time so we decided to rebook for September thinking it would be great again, if not better. However, it was probably worse than the first time. They had changed the animation team (apart from the girls), not one of them introduced themselves to us like the old animation team did. The vibe wasn’t great this time around and didn’t really see/hear much from them. The animation manager didn’t interact with anyone that I saw like the previous animation manager did. The two girls recognised us from last time and spoke to us, but the two new guys didn’t even say hello. Our shower was broken along with the table on the balcony, yes it was fixed very quickly, but surely check it works before checking us in? I would have thought as it was our 2nd time there in 3 months, we may have gotten a thank you or upgraded or even a bottle of champagne in the room, but we didn’t and our room was definitely smaller than our room the first time we came. I also felt quite judged and spoken about by some of the bar staff when I ordered Coke Zero as they were confused why I didn’t want alcohol. Not all was bad though, the food was nice - the Italian al a carte was 10/10. The waiters were on it with getting us new drinks when our glasses were empty. They also brought the evening entertainment inside due to the weather. I would like to say a special thank you to waiters orhan, baran & metin. Their hospitality was incredible, making sure there was a table for us in the main restaurant and actually having conversations with us and remembering our drinks orders! The location is very good, markets very close by. Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel for a third time. I would stay in the area again, but in a neighbouring hotel.

Hotel is wonderful. The meals are very variety and tasty. We appreciate the entertainment crew. Specialy the Romana. She is wonderful volleyball player and really encourage people to have fun.
Good lokalisation. Very nice rooms with see view. Nice beach. Good animation with Romana, she was active and energetic.
