We have been coming to Club Hotel Sera for many years, and every year it feels like coming home.
The hotel is beautiful, the food is excellent, the beach is great, and the staff always make us feel welcome. Everything is clean, well organized, and full of positive energy.
A special thank you to the Kids Club and its manager, Emel❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️She and her team do an amazing job with the children. Our daughter absolutely loves spending time there and looks forward to meeting Emel every year. Her kindness, care, and enthusiasm make every child feel special.
Thank you to the whole Club Hotel Sera team for another wonderful holiday. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Everything is great except…
Everything is great! Rana, the girl who works here, is incredible. But I do have a few (minor) comments. First, please make sure there are enough places throughout the hotel where the cats can get food and water. A little kitten was drinking water that was leaking from the pool. That shouldn’t happen. Second, please stop playing Russian music. It’s not just Russians who vacation here. And many people from other countries don’t enjoy listening to it. Everything else is great. Thank you to all the staff for your excellent work. Keep it up!
Amazing resort
This resort has surpassed expectations. For an all inclusive indulgent experience with great accommodation, food, entertainment and service, this will be difficult to match. The private beach and swimming pool areas are huge and inviting. All staff have been attentive with a special mention to Rana for particularly attentive service. There is even an excellent gym to work off all of the food and alcohol consumed! (Don’t forget to grab a small chocolate from the desk when you leave the gym 😉)
