I had booked a double deluxe room, on checking in I asked that it was a quiet room as per my request and was told yes. As I walked into the room, it looked tired and dated and not deluxe at all. The bed was hard, and there was two small children pillows on the bed, nothing like the photos that were on booking.com.
The noise was loud from the pub downstairs. I then went back downstairs to ask to move rooms, please note I got to the hotel at 1.30am so I was tired. I was advised that there was no rooms available and that I would need to come back in the morning. The music went on to 4am!

I went down for breakfast, which was appealing, nothing to eat, salads and chips and boiled egg, nothing American or diverse about the variety. I just had a cup of juice.

The receptionist said she would locate another room for me, but to give her 40 mins, after calling her and checking up, I eventually got another room. It was okay, the bathroom could have been cleaner. My safe never worked and when I asked to it to be fixed no staff could communicate with me on how to use it. The fridge wasn’t working fully, the technician came said it’s working, and walked out! The whole service provided was terrible.

Facilities are not very good, no gym and no real outdoor pool. It’s a pool in the middle of the restaurant, where they slide the roof part.

I did speak with the manager and she listened, but I could see there was very little she could do, but hopefully she has taken my feedback on is able to make some changes. To date though this is the worse hotel I’ve stayed in antyala, and I’ve been there 5 times, so quite disappointing. Must say this is not a 4*, more a 2*

Horrible customer service. They don’t seem to understand the meaning of customer care. The staff is hopeless and the lady manager is very unhelpful and rude. Be careful the key cards they give you can open other rooms as well. Not secure at all. Avoid at all cost.

Avoid at all costs

Hotel what it looks in the pictures is not what is in reality. Rooms were small  but clean we had no view from the window so can't comment on that. Parking was limited due to the parking lot shared by a night club. Conveniently located by the beach. Free breakfast was awful it was in partnership with the restaurant which is under the hotel the servers were rude and unpleasant, felt like they were forced to work there.

It happend 2 x times in the evening during a 7 dya stay. 
 When you see the photos and the hotel in real life, you think you are in a different hotel. Very outdated, bad mattress, not clean, smell,...
These are scammers on a financial level by overcharging, not paying back an agreed refund and on a visual level, the photos do not correspond to reality.

SCAMMERS DON'T BELIEVE THE PICTURES

There is NO non-smoking rooms. So, all of them smell cigarettes. There is an ash-tray in each room(I’ve been in three). The smell is on bed, furniture, curtains. There is nothing you can do about it. It just smells like people have been smoking there for months.
