Titan Select Hotel

If you prefer a hotel where most guests and staff speak Russian, Polish, Turkish or Romanian, then this place may work for you. If you speak English, think carefully—very few people could communicate in English, and most entertainment was delivered in Turkish or Russian, so much of it was impossible to follow.

Areas of concern:

• Atmosphere & behaviour: Guests smoked while others ate. One group played music extremely loudly beside the pool, overlapping with the hotel’s own entertainment was asked totl turn it off by a lady and didn't care until my husband told him to and he did - very overwhelming. People frequently pushed ahead and cut in line at the lifts.

• Rooms: Clean, but bedding was poor—only a very thin, small blanket that could not cover two people. Our family room with a travel cot was so cramped we had to keep the cot out on the balcony. Being under the roof, the balcony was unusable for sitting in—far too hot, and you could only see anything by standing up.

• Pool & health: The water had such high chemical levels it caused stinging and burning—our children’s faces were affected, and other guests, including an adult who opened their eyes underwater, reported the same issue.

• Sales pressure: On our second day, members of the entertainment team asked us to write a review while standing right beside us—very uncomfortable. A meeting at reception the day after arrival was used to push trips with a “30% discount only if you pay immediately.” It felt like a sales tactic; I would not recommend booking this way.

What was better:

• Food quality was above average for an all‑inclusive, though children’s options were mostly spaghetti or chips. The beach bar was nice—served burgers and potato wedges; pizza was available but ran out very quickly.

• Rooms were clean.

• Because russians stayed up late drinking, sunbeds were easy to find in the morning—no need to get up early to reserve one.

• Two members of the entertainment team, Kris and Nata, were genuinely lovely and brilliant with our girls—they were a real highlight.

Spa was great - however paying 75€ wasn't enough. They then try and upsell for more and offer 3 more massages that you are advised you need.

Overall -I would not return. The only consistently great thing was the weather.
