Poor experience and wrong room category
The hotel left us with a very negative impression:
- We were given a room in a different category from the one we had booked. We booked a two-bedroom Family Room, but were given a Superior Room instead, which is just a regular small room. It was far too small for four people, and one of us had to sleep on a fold-out chair. At first, the hotel staff even tried to claim that it was a Family Room, just a different one from the Family Room shown on their website. Later, they admitted that this was not the case. As compensation, they offered us Wi-Fi in the room. When I said I wasn’t interested in that, the manager, Tolunay, threw away the papers with the Wi-Fi codes and suggested that we find another hotel, as they would only be able to move us to a Family Room after two nights.
- The hotel only offers free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Wi-Fi in the rooms costs extra.
- Music from the neighboring hotel is extremely loud and continues until midnight.
- The elevators are very slow. If you are not prepared to use the stairs most of the time, keep this in mind.
- We were given only one room key card for four people. We received a second one only after asking for it.
- Beach towels can only be exchanged on specific days and during specific hours, and they are often unavailable.
On the positive side, the beach is very close to the hotel. However, keep in mind that the entrance to the sea is rocky.
Beutiful hotel
I like to leave my positive coment about Telatiye,, we stay here for week with family and only positive fillings ,, very noce and good food, clean hotel,, nice spa center, thank you for your hotel,, spesial thanks for anatoon team,,, it was lots of fun,, and shows and we play Bingo, and we have karaoke , we will ne back definetly ,,,👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

We rate our stay at the hotel good. From the very beginning, we were taken care of by the hotel manager himself. There was a very wide selection of food, with something different every day and everything was very tasty. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the entire hotel was very clean. Special thanks go to Alexiy and Tine from the Spa center; I highly recommend their series of relaxation and sports massages to everyone. In the evening, there were shows for both children and adults . The only minor drawback was that smoking was allowed in the pool area, which was a bit bothersome for us as non-smokers. Overall, our stay was good and we recommend this hotel to everyone. Best regards, Dawid and Magda with kids.

We had a wonderful stay and are extremely satisfied with both the hotel and the staff!
The staff are very friendly and helpful. If something is wrong or there is a problem, it is dealt with and resolved immediately.
What really stood out to us was how clean the entire hotel is kept. The rooms, toilets, swimming pools and restaurant are cleaned thoroughly every day. Everything looks neat and well maintained. The air conditioning in the room works perfectly and keeps the room nice and cool at night.
The food was excellent and there was plenty of variety. 🥐 Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with a wide selection including eggs, salads and different types of bread. 🍽️ Lunch is served from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM. 🍖 Dinner is served from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a large buffet offering meat, fish, salads, fruit, cakes and ice cream. 🥣 Even from 11:00 PM to midnight, you can still get soup.
The hotel has three swimming pools: a large pool, a baby pool and a children's pool with a slide, which is great for families with children.
The private beach is another big plus. It is only about a 3-minute walk from the hotel, and sun loungers are available. From 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you can also get food and drinks at the beach.
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The food is delicious, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
