we are second time in turkey 3 year ago we been in different hotel we did like it but this year I check this hotel very expensive therefore we did choice a hotel not expensive when we came to hotel first day was difficult because area is so big but later we learn all places in hotel it's did start to better because we knows with animation ali baba he did make us lot of fun with games and shows and personal so nice Garsons very nice and with animation te we did go to a time to night club it was very good big club we did like it in different country different experience usually I can say for this price this hotel not bad of course have some minuse but it's Okey price performance I say thank you senza family 🙏
Absolutely disgusting experience we couldn't wait to leave. On arrival early hrs we were showed to our room well wasn't a room at but an apartment chalet .we booked a double room ended up with a family apartment that was dated dirty, broken air con windows dirty and didn't shut broken floor tiles. The worst part our patio was next to the kitchen so awful noise & smell early hrs , dirty rags outside the balcony drying over rails . Meal time was like a stamped, cold food all i ate all wk was salad and flatbread awful . I am convinced this was staff accommodation 4 beds not gd . Air-conditioning we had to use plasters to stop bits falling off . Reception didn't care. Supposed to be 5* not even a 1 * . Holiday companies should not be selling these holidays 😑. The only thing I cannot fault was the animation team they made the day eventful as we never wanted to be in the accommodation.
Here rite now cannot wait to get out of here never ever again would I come here absolutely disgraceful only one member of staff has really spoken to us ibraham all other are rude and very ignorant do not come here you will regret it
Worst hotel I have ever been to all the staff are rude the food isn’t the best and well let’s me say this the stairs and the hills here is like walking a marathon daily I’ve been trying to get in touch with tui to be moved but there no help either there’s mould round the shower light fittings hanging off the ceilings also mice running around
Hotel is very dirty, food is literally not edible, we were hungry throughout the whole trip. It should be closed, cause this much mold, especially in the ac is bad for your health.
