This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Konakli. Avsallar is around 5 km away, while it is approximately 15 km to Alanya. Antalya airport is 100 km away. Taxis and buses provide access to an array of nearby sights. Built in 2006, this air-conditioned beach hotel comprises a total of 7 floors with 470 rooms. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange desk. In addition, conference facilities as well as a variety of drink and dining options are also available. Further facilities include room, laundry and ironing services. The air-conditioned rooms are all fully-equipped as standard including a satellite/ cable TV, a minibar and a balcony. Leisure options include an outdoor pool, a water park, a gym and spa treatments.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Unfortunately, our experience at MC Arancia was absolutely terrible and nowhere near what we expected from a hotel. The food was absolutely awful. The same limited choices seemed to be served day after day, with very little variety. After a few days, it became extremely difficult to find anything enjoyable to eat. The entertainment was shocking. On one occasion, we actually saw rats running across the stage during the entertainment. This was completely unacceptable and certainly not something you expect to see at a hotel. The hotel itself is desperately in need of a complete update and refurbishment. Many areas feel tired and dated, and the overall standard does not match what guests should reasonably expect. Unfortunately, the attitude of some members of staff was also very poor, with several being extremely rude and unhelpful. There were a few friendly members of staff who were genuinely pleasant, but unfortunately they were the exception rather than the rule. Another major concern was the fighting and disturbances. There appeared to be a fight or serious argument almost every day during our stay. What was particularly concerning was that the security staff often seemed reluctant to get involved or properly deal with the situation. Overall, this hotel needs a serious overhaul — not just the building and facilities, but also the standard of service and staff attitude. We certainly would not return to MC Arancia and would struggle to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Everything is really good kids club and activities for kids only downfall is the food not enough labels to explain what it is and needs more variety shout out to the young lad in the shop and to the reps Mia and kate who where amazing
Excellent hotel . Plenty for our child to do and keep busy . The staff are very friendly. Who stood out for us was the shop keeper and the young lad in the shop and Mia the rep . Only let down is food as pizza is pretty popular and only one person cooking it . Could do with more cheese pasta and nuggets E.G British or Italian food.
We travelled as a family of 10 and throughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. The pool and slides were so much fun and the kids loved it. The rooms were cleaned everyday and kept nice. The whole atmosphere was so much fun. Our holiday was made so much better by the animator, Mia, she was so lovely to our family and a joy to be around when she talked to us. Overall a good stay
The entertainment team was fantastic especially Mia and rauf always very helpful and especially Mia, lots of energy and help made our holiday amazing.
