Mc Arancia Resort

Based on my travel experience, I will never come back here. This is my opinion, as well as that of other guests who had the same experience. The hotel is very dirty.

1. Upon entering the room, I saw that the towels and bed linen were dirty. I waited four days for the linen to be changed; I had to go to reception and ask multiple times before it finally happened.
2. The cleaning staff do the bare minimum—just straightening the dirty bedding—and don't even take out the trash.
3. Bathrooms aren't cleaned; when I asked for towels (since the dirty ones had been taken away), I was told they didn't have any because the hotel was busy and I had to wait until the next day.
4. You have to arrive at the dining hall right when it opens because the food isn't replenished; if you come later, you're left eating whatever scraps remain.
5. Very nice service at the lobby bar.
6. The bartender at the pool bar, in my opinion, pays strange attention to children and makes inappropriate comments.
7. Very good reception staff.
8. The maintenance staff by the pool make it clear they expect payment if you ask for anything.
9. There is a hotel disco, but the DJ needs replacing; the dance floor is empty—he starts a song and then, ten seconds later, switches to something completely mismatched.

I hope my review helps you make a wise choice so you don't waste your money if you value comfort and cleanliness.

We were at the hotel for 10 days. Very good location. Nice pool area but need deep cleaning. Floor in the restaurant is very dirty, tables not clean properly. Food is not perfect but is ok . Bars OK . Entertainment is nothing special, nothing interesting for the kids during the day . Mia is lovely 🌹. AC in the hotel is really poor. Reception/ lobby is very hot . Very slippery surfaces, everywhere is wet , toilet too . Just be careful... Room need a very deep clean, dirty floors, rust, bathroom was absolutely awful . Mouldy tiles and bad smell. Also hair everywhere from previous people. PLEASE CLEAN YOUR HOTEL PROPERLY.

This stay was a huge disappointment and nowhere near the 5-star standard the hotel claims.

Overall, the condition of the hotel is poor. It is clearly run-down, with worn-out and in several cases broken furniture. The outdoor areas are dirty and badly maintained, which significantly affects the overall experience.

The food is repetitive and of inconsistent quality. There is very little variety, and after just a short stay it becomes frustrating and uninspiring.

All in all, this feels like a hotel that has stopped caring about quality. It does not live up to expectations for a 5-star property, and I would not recommend staying here.
