Absolutely a great experience! Everything is super, we love it especially animasion team. They are so friendly and nice
Good experience for holiday and family. We will definitely comeback!
Animations was really good, a lot of interesting things. They have a kids club it's small but comfortable. These stuff is from different countries and it's cool. And my daughter likes Navi a lot 😀😃🙂 Location is good but a lot of Russians here.
This hotel deserve the rating !!! The stuff is friendly and the services are majestic. I would definitely recomand to experience the massage session, especially with Intan, she is doing a great job !!!
It's all about 1st impressions and the hotel, staff, facilities and friendly atmosphere does just that. The hotel spa packages, excursions, shops and restaurants welcome you with open arms, over friendly, generous and polite but say no to what they are selling and they drop you like a brick, turn rude and cold. Love holidays rep Omar over prices and walks away when you quote on line, we used 'get your guide'. Shame about the location, our journey from door to foyer was just over 8hrs, London Gatwick to Antalya and transfer (2hr 30) we arrived 12 midnight, declined generous family room up grade from standard (250 Euros) and seemed to be punished for it by being given a room with view of road and other neighbouring hotel. Bar was open still and staff very polite and welcoming. We did like the midnight breakfast 00:01 to 05:00 which is a great idea for the long travels. If you don't like children running around unsupervised being kids and having fun then this place is not for you, it's very much family hair down, parents sit about chilling, chatting, drinking etc and kids running riot. The kids amination team is brilliant, great interaction with both adults and children. Aquafit twice a day is very popular and fun, the whole team is very experienced and fun. I must admit there was a young football tournament on i think using the hotel so slightly misjudgement at meal times and around snack shack. 4 bars all open, all well stocked with home brands and free cocktails with the option to buy the popular well known cocktails at a reasonable price. Beach bar wierd as only had Red and White wines, lager ( turborg ) and regular soft drinks no spirits or cocktails? Pools (3) large adults, mixed pool, indoor and kids slides pool all life guarded including the pier beach swim area. Plenty of sunbeds, reserving them late evening or early morning is prohibited and well policed, but even throughout the day plenty of sunbeds were available.
Rooms are spacious, clean, in good working order, don't expect the Ritz or Hilton unless your paying the price. Not outdated, cleaned and made up every day with sheets changed every 3 days.
Many Russian clients with German, Polish, Turkish and English mix, smoking is still very popular but it's not allowed inside the hotel, outside dining can be a chore if you are not smokers. Typical Mediterranean buffet menus for breakfast and evening meals with fast food snacks, pizza, chicken, burgers fries available throughout the afternoon. Food is lovely, well presented, plentiful and you can see and experience the hard work of the catering and restaurant staff. They do work hard making your meals worth while and your stay enjoyable.
Be careful with purchasing by card, they price in Euro and charge in Sterling, the pound is strong at the moment and realy does make a difference. £100 euros is £78, so you'll pay £100... check your account before leaving with the Euro receipt. ATM registered banks just 1 min away from hotel, with more up and down the shopping strip with a few bars and restaurants, we liked the Cozy Gardens about a 5 min walk up the strip past the shops gauntlet of wheeler dealers but good fun if you have left room in your luggage for some good cheap knock off brands. Another hidden gem 10 min walk from hotel is the Figa Bar...see photos and website..very nice place 1000 lira (£15) a day each to use infinity pool and kosk with sunbeds per person per day. Food is amazing. Many negative reviews for the Dizalya Palm Gardens Hotel come from her sister hotel 5 min walk away especially about the beach area and size. I've added the slippy rocks Club Hotel and photos of both piers. After a few days of walking around, experiencing the hotel, it's staff, it's facilities and local area...we have both come to the conclusion it's well worth the long 2hr or so shuttle ride from the airport and would highly recommend and also come again with family and friends.
