overall great hotel, decent food, big pool area. Staff is funny and friendly. Recommended definitely.

Overall, we had a nice stay, but I wouldn’t come back.

I’m not sure if it’s because the quality of services is declining compared to the price (at least that’s how it feels to us), but compared to the other Turkish 5-star ultra all-inclusive beachfront resorts with water slides we’ve visited over the past few years in the same price range, this one was the weakest.

Plus

• Spacious rooms. The family room has two separate full-size bedrooms, individually controlled air conditioning, and each bedroom has its own balcony.
• Food is available almost all day long. There are no “dead hours,” so even if you miss lunch, you can still find something to eat.
• Two swimming pools: one close to the beach and another at the back of the resort. The second pool is great if you want to stay closer to your room or prefer a quieter atmosphere without loud music.
• Plenty of sunbeds. We always found a place in the sun or shade without having to reserve loungers early in the morning. There was also plenty of seating in both the main restaurant and the beach restaurant, no long queues for food, and dishes were constantly replenished.

Minus

• The rooms have poor sound insulation. You can hear almost everything, especially doors slamming in the hallway. Housekeeping was below average despite leaving a tip every day.
• The food was tasty, but the selection of meat was quite limited, mostly chicken and turkey. Side dishes were repetitive, and the fish was almost always the same (except for one seafood evening). There was also a limited choice of salads, vegetables, and dressings. The beach restaurant mainly served the same fast food every day (fries, nuggets, burgers) with very little variety.
• Entertiment was disappointing. The evening shows were rather weak, and so was the animation team (except for one animator, Mert, who was excellent). There is no disco, even though it is listed among the hotel’s facilities and there are signs pointing to it around the resort. After the only evening party, which ended at 10:30 p.m., there was nowhere to go except the pool bar (open until midnight) or the lobby bar. The live music mostly consisted of oldies, so this hotel is definitely not aimed at younger guests (and I’m 40 😄). There was also very little for older children or teenagers to do besides darts, table tennis, or football. Both pools are 1.4 m deep, making it difficult to play ball games in the water unless you’re quite tall, or you have to wait until the water slides are closed.
• The resort itself is rather small, with no particularly beautiful corners, gardens, or photo spots. The beach and the pier also lack decoration or landscaping.
• Arcade games, trampolines, and ride-on cars for small children all require an extra charge.
• The sea entrance is easy, with no large stones. However, because water sports operate very close to the swimming area, there is sometimes a noticeable smell of fuel. The swimming zone is also limited by nearby buoys, so it’s not the best place if you enjoy swimming longer distances.
