It is a really great hotel, very much places to be at and different places, the food is really good

Great location on a sea side with a short way to the sea, pool, and market outside of the hotel. Best for family experience with many sports activities to choose from, lovely stuff and great cuisine available at any hour (till 5 AM), tasty drinks at the bars available at any hotel location. Noise is almost absent from the hotel rooms, cleaning is done every day. The best thing that happened were the lovely animators Sabina and Zarina which made the sport experience and chatting at the bar as amicable as possible – big shoutout to them.

We have just returned from a week-long family holiday as a family of four (two adults and two teenage children).

The hotel is quite a long drive from Antalya Airport, and there isn’t much to explore in the surrounding area, so it can feel quite isolated if you enjoy getting out and about.

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, attractive grounds and many members of staff work incredibly hard. However, we felt quite isolated throughout our stay as there were very few, if any, English guests. The entertainment, announcements and daytime activities all appeared to be aimed mainly at Turkish and Eastern European guests, which made it difficult for us to feel included. We appreciate that hotels welcome guests from many different countries, but compared with other five-star hotels we have stayed at in Turkey, this one did not feel particularly accommodating for English-speaking families.

The standard of our room also fell short of what we would expect from a five-star hotel. On several occasions we had no toilet roll, the shower leaked, the toilet brush was broken and dirty, and the room itself felt dated and in need of refurbishment. These may seem like small issues individually, but together they did not reflect a five-star standard.

Another frustration was the availability of sunbeds around the main pool, which were occupied very early each morning. As a result, we spent most of our time on the beach. The beach itself was lovely—calm, relaxing and very well maintained—and the staff there worked tirelessly. However, if you wanted anything other than beer or soft drinks, it meant a long walk back to the pool bar. Ice cream was also only available near the pool rather than at the beach, which we found unusual for an all-inclusive resort.

The booking system for the à la carte restaurants was also disappointing. As we were staying for eight nights, we were only allowed to book two restaurants. Unfortunately, we found the Asian restaurant particularly disappointing, with the food lacking both quality and flavour.

The main restaurant was consistently very busy. Even when we delayed dinner until around 8pm, we still struggled to find a table and often had to walk around waiting for one to become available. With dinner finishing at 9pm, it sometimes felt rushed as food was beginning to be cleared away while guests were still eating.

The evening entertainment was, unfortunately, one of the biggest disappointments. Although there were one or two acts that stood out, most evenings lacked atmosphere and often felt repetitive, with many guests leaving before the performances had finished. The daytime entertainment also didn’t feel particularly inclusive for English-speaking guests and appeared to be aimed mainly at non-English-speaking visitors.

There was also very little comfortable seating available in the evenings. The lobby was relatively small and almost always full, making it difficult to find somewhere to sit and relax after dinner. There was a lovely patisserie, but seating there was also very limited.

On a positive note, several members of staff really stood out. The lady making the fresh waffles was always warm and welcoming, the gentleman who looked after the beach and sunbeds worked incredibly hard, and a couple of the bar staff were also excellent. Their friendliness and dedication were genuinely appreciated and were a real credit to the hotel.

Overall, based on our experience and compared with other five-star hotels we have stayed at in Turkey, we would personally rate this hotel closer to a 3–4 star standard. We had a lovely week together as a family, but that was because of the time we spent with each other rather than the hotel itself. Unfortunately, we would not return and would not recommend this hotel to English-speaking families looking for a more international atmosphere, inclusive entertainment and a true five-star experience.
