Our fantastic garden awaits you in the east of the hotel, a secret heaven embellished with the philosophy of Zen and situated on a vast area of around 5000 m2. The garden offers an enchanting atmosphere with waterfalls and ponds surrounded by the breathtaking nature. The hotel rooms are offered to you with elegant decoration accompanied by unique Mediterranean flora. With your comfort in mind we have projected and designed a variety of rooms to suit all our guest requirements. For our guests interested in enjoying alternative options, you can try our À La Carte restaurants with a fantastic selection of seafood, traditional local Anatolian food, steak house, far east cuisine, and Teppanyaki. The modern decoration solely designed for grown-ups (Adults only concept 16+), our intention is to create the perfect atmosphere for your enjoyment while leaving you with unforgettable memories of your vacation.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Very good experience all round food options could be better, coffee shop is very good, great coffee and great staff. Cocktails are very good.
Food was a bit hit n miss e.g. cold or salty or both. Entertainment is a bit meh. Accomodation and facilities lovely. Staff in general great and in particular Sena (customer relations) was a fantastic help with absolutely perfect English. She is the jewel in their crown.
Location was lovely, rooms great staff generally nice except language barrier, Senna however was amazing. Food was very disappointing, oversalted and cold. Even when asked if my plate could be heated up was told not possible. If you are expecting entertainment don’t apart from maybe one night! They seem to have a lot more of powercuts and tv constantly buffers
Great value hotel. Really enjoyed it. There are a few points I want to make to help improve the experience, so here’s the areas to improve. Very little to do if you get a rainy or stormy day. Tennis courts and equipment were tired and run down. I would recommend a games room, with a pool table, table tennis etc. gum was also struck with some faulty equipment. The high end luxury apartments weee mostly unoccupied, which seemed a shame . Would some free upgrades be a nice gesture! Our apartment was a bungalow which the garden view was just the side of another bungalow. They were nice but a bit run down. Some minor cosmetic work needed. Buffet food was very good but a little repetitive. Some vouchers for the ala carte restaurant might have been nice. And whilst the beach was lovely, would have been good to have some complimentary water activity etc, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing etc. now the positives! Staff were amazing, food lovely, Boho bar was our favourite hangout! Entertainment was excellent, and the cleanliness was amazing. Spa was expensive but nice, and the Zen garden was beautiful. Generally the whole hotel was immaculate and gardens well maintained. Shame it’s a bit close to motorway but we genuinely never noticed it at all. A great stay, but 4 star at best, but with a little work could be 5 star!
If you are looking for an okay 3 star hotel, stay here, otherwise don't! This hotel is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. Cold food, broken sunbeds , terrible lighting at night, unable to see paths, no information about entertainment, awful beds in an average room. I could go on but you get the idea.
