I've had one of the best holidays ever at this hotel. Its not a super luxury 5 star place like an ikos or a Rixos, but is not Rixos or Ikos proce either. the attention to detail is a little off (EG some shabby bits in the room, food is a little repetitive) but all in all for the money, i have no general complaints that would stop me from returning. The staff are absolutely superb, engage with them, learn a few words of Turkish and they pay you back with kindness and excellent service. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by lush forest and trees within the grounds. Pools and water park are top notch. Beach is lovely but very rocky in the water, take water shoes to avoid stubbing feet. The food whilst a bit samey, was very good quality and the drinks are all premium, proper cocktails made to order. Goynuk town centre/shops are 5 minutes walk away, you can buy all your knock off things there (apart from watches- go to Kemer for watches). Great evening entertainment. i had a standard room and it was absolutely fine for 12 days, not super luxurious but for the money it was on the price point. Kemer is 15 minutes away on the bus, very large town all the shops and bars/ restaurants you need. Go to the top of the Olympus mountains on the cable car, its stunning.
Never coming back for the same food, reheated for both lunch and dinner, and even the pastries are exactly the same.
Food is not good, no quality hotel
Based on the Price we paid, we stayed for 2 weeks, Rude Staff, didn’t understand English at all, The AC in the room didn’t work, a phone for room service which is either busy or never works. The pool was filthy, extra charges just for the Transport. Foods were really bad, used frozen products. Cheap food comparing to other hotels.
A total disaster totally ruined our holiday, will never go to this one again.
If anybody reading this, make sure you don’t flush your money down the toilet
Lobby Bar is a place we always return to with great pleasure. The service here is of the highest standard, and Onur, Ceren, Aleyna, and Buse form an exceptional team – extremely polite, always smiling, and full of positive energy towards every guest. Onur makes excellent cocktail recommendations and often surprises us with his own special creations, turning each visit into an unforgettable experience. Conversations with him are inspiring and very enjoyable. The entire bar is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is calm, elegant, and very welcoming. Without a doubt, this is one of our favorite places in the hotel.
