A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT — ON THE VERY FIRST DAY!
Our stay at Sherwood Exclusive Kemer has been a complete disappointment from the very first day. I honestly regret choosing this hotel and spending my money here.
The room is extremely small, old and worn-out. We were given a room on the top floor, where it gets unbearably hot. The air conditioning works poorly and is also very loud, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
The hotel grounds are also far from what we expected. There is dirt everywhere, and smoking is a serious problem. People smoke everywhere — including near the children’s pool and in the restaurants — so you constantly have to breathe cigarette smoke. This is especially unacceptable in areas where children are present.
And there are flies absolutely everywhere. There are so many of them, and they are constantly bothering you around the hotel, including dining areas. It is extremely irritating and makes you question the level of cleanliness and hygiene at the resort.
What really shocked me was the condition of one of the swimming pools. A lighting lamp was hanging loose on wires in the pool. This is extremely dangerous and, in my opinion, a serious safety issue that could potentially put guests’ lives at risk. How can something like this be allowed in a hotel?
For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard, better maintenance, cleanliness and, above all, basic safety.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. It is absolutely NOT worth the money.
I am extremely disappointed and very sorry that I chose Sherwood Exclusive Kemer.
