The hotel is wonderful; this is our sixth stay here, and we’re coming back again in a month. Emre from the animation team is always smiling and great to talk to—he really transforms the atmosphere here. Thanks to the activities we join him for, we meet new people every time. There is no other entertainer quite like Emre—here or at any other hotel—he is simply fantastic and deserves even more praise. Please pass these words on to him! Managers Can and Renato also took wonderful care of us.
Third time at this hotel, we have stayed with my family at the beginning of August, hotel rooms and the restaurant were renovated. Hotel was clean as it was before three years. The service was excellent, very kind staff . Staff was here whenever needed, they even didn’t let me to get my tea by myself , immediately they brought it to my table. Food and the beverages were premium class. At the Patisserie were served very tasty cakes, the profiterole was exceptional. Sea and the environment of the hotel are amazing , Beach is very long with a lot of sun beds , there is also big pier with bar. I have only one remark, the pontoon (duba) and the plastic balloons at the see were little bit mossy, they can be cleaned better. Everything else looks great, definitely I will visit again.

If you are coming here for the beach and the sea, do yourself a favor and choose a different hotel. The shoreline is covered with debris, shredded plastic, and other waste, making it one of the dirtiest beaches we have visited. To make matters worse, there is a persistent sewage-like smell along the beach, which completely ruins the experience. This is not what anyone should expect from a seaside resort.
We reported the situation to the hotel management and asked what actions they were taking to address the pollution and protect the quality of the beach. Their response was simply to acknowledge our complaint. No action was taken, no follow-up was provided, and there was no indication that they considered the issue a priority. It felt as though they were hoping guests would simply accept the situation, move on, and eventually forget about it.
For a hotel that promotes itself as a beach destination, this level of neglect is unacceptable. If the beach is one of the main reasons you are booking this property, you are likely to be extremely disappointed.
