the hotel's great food is very good, we really liked everything very much, aniamsion is very good, we just didn't like water sports, when we contacted biism, they wanted to try to sell extra, when they didn't want to, they stopped contacting us, they were very rude, like I said, the hotel is very good, but water sports are rude, it's a money-making business

everything about the hotel is very good, a clean and beautiful hotel, but we just didn't like the water sports behavior, it was rude and constantly trying to sell us something, and the disinterested attitude wasn't nice at all, I think it's a hotel we'll come back to in the future, but if my water sports review is taken into account, and islam his name he is very bad

A wonderful hotel with excellent service! I would especially like to thank the entire Spa Centre team and, in particular, Ayu for the amazing massage course. Thanks to her professionalism and care, I felt so much better afterward. It was a truly relaxing and restorative experience.
Value for money
A beautifully situated hotel with a fantastic garden, a pebble beach and a rocky seabed, although there are also areas where the stones have been cleared away. The room in the main building was spacious and comfortable, with individually controlled air conditioning.
The staff were helpful in every respect – from reception, through the restaurants and bars, to the housekeeping staff. Everything was exceptionally clean. The food was phenomenal, with an excellent range of dishes. The bars serve good-quality international spirits. The level of care and attention given to guests deserves the highest praise.
Perhaps the hotel is a little too focused on catering to Russian tourists, but it is not a major issue. The grounds are very extensive, with plenty of places to relax. I particularly recommend the Relax Pool – surrounded by greenery, away from the hustle and bustle, and with a friendly bar nearby. Sun loungers were always available both around the pools and on the beach.
The stay was definitely worth the price. Highly recommended. It was one of the two best five-star hotels I have stayed at in Turkey, out of six in total.
