Located in the Kiris district, approximately 5 kilometres west of Kemer on Turkey's south coast, this stylish design hotel consists of 3 blocks and is situated on 9 hectares of land with a 350 metres private beach, connected by subway. The complex is suitable for most ages and features a particularly large pool and aqua park area, a spa centre, meeting/events room and a range of leisure activities. With a mountainous backdrop, this luxurious establishment is 50 kilometres from Antalya city centre and is easily reached by public transport which is available from beside the hotel.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages. After a day at the private beach, you can enjoy other recreational amenities including a sauna and a fitness centre. Additional amenities at this hotel include wireless Internet access (surcharge) and concierge services.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We stayed at Miarosa Kemer Beach for more than 7 nights on an Ultra All Inclusive basis. The location is very good: the sea, mountains and surrounding area are beautiful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a major disappointment and did not feel like a genuine 5-star property.
We had to change rooms several times because of cleanliness and maintenance issues. Across different rooms we experienced worn furniture and equipment, dirty walls and ceilings, unpleasant smells, bathroom and drainage problems, and non-working telephones. Even the Swim-Up room had dirty joints, a visibly stained ceiling and damaged tiles near the pool exit. The attached photos show the actual condition.
The most serious incident was finding several snakes near the balcony door of one of our rooms. We saw them ourselves and photographed them. After reporting this, we were moved to another room again. This was by far the most disturbing experience of our stay.
Service was also frustrating. Many issues had to be reported repeatedly, and after several room changes and the snake incident, the hotel did not proactively offer compensation. We had to approach management ourselves; eventually we requested free Wi-Fi instead of the beach pavilion they offered.
The beach is large, but cleanliness was poor. We repeatedly saw cigarette butts, plastic cups and other rubbish, including cups left on the beach until the morning cleaning. Some sunbeds were broken. The sea entrance is pebbly, so water shoes are recommended.
The Ultra All Inclusive concept was inconsistent. The Snack Bar has no direct access from the beach and requires walking around through the Kingdom of Sea area. Despite its name, there were essentially no proper snacks there, and one afternoon even ayran had run out. Cocktails were usually served in small, thin disposable plastic cups; proper glassware had to be specifically requested. Champagne was unavailable for several consecutive days.
There were also periods when no proper food was available despite the Ultra All Inclusive concept. The à la carte restaurant had good fish and calamari, but no tea or coffee, and staff began clearing tables and stacking chairs while guests were still eating.
Another major issue was conflicting information about opening hours. The check-in booklet stated that the à la carte restaurant was open until 9:30 PM, while another hotel information sheet stated 9:00 PM, and staff also gave different information. The Chill Bar 18+ was listed as open from 10:00 AM until midnight, but during our stay it was effectively not operating. The attached photos show the contradictory hotel information.
Staff communication was generally weak, and even simple requests sometimes required repeated explanations.
The overall atmosphere was not relaxing. During our stay there were a very large number of tourists from russia. Some groups were extremely loud, drank heavily and smoked in areas where smoking was not allowed, which noticeably affected the atmosphere. russian music was also played frequently.
Since July 2026, the hotel has been operating under the FUN&SUN FAMILY concept. FUN&SUN is a russian tour operator, formerly TUI russia, and the hotel now feels strongly oriented towards a russian-speaking market. This is something international travellers may want to consider before booking.
The positives are the location, the sea, the large beach and some good food. However, these do not compensate for the condition of the rooms, cleanliness, organisation and service.
Considering the price, we expected a completely different standard. We would not choose Miarosa Kemer Beach again and would not recommend it to travellers expecting a genuine 5-star Ultra All Inclusive experience.

I am extremely sorry that I have to write this, but unfortunately I feel that I have no choice. I came to your hotel to relax, enjoy good food and have a pleasant holiday. Unfortunately, I have been extremely disappointed with my stay.
I will start with the room. When I entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was in a terrible condition — there is mould and mildew everywhere. The towels are also in a very poor condition and all of them need to be replaced.
The floors in the rooms and on the stairways are dirty. The swimming pool area is also very poorly maintained. The sun loungers and tables are dirty and clearly not cleaned properly.
The gym is also in an unacceptable condition. It is very dirty, and the mirrors are so filthy that it is shocking. Some of the equipment is broken and unsafe to use, which is a serious safety concern for guests.
The toilets in the restaurant are so dirty that I am afraid to even use them.
The food is cold every day.
Since I arrived at your hotel, I have been vomiting every day after eating the food. I have also spoken to several other female guests who confirmed that they have experienced the same problems and share my opinion regarding the poor standard of the hotel.
I am extremely disappointed. I came here expecting to rest, relax and enjoy my holiday, but instead I have experienced very poor hygiene, unacceptable conditions and serious concerns regarding the food and safety.
In my opinion, your hotel deserves a maximum of three stars.
I sincerely hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take immediate action to address these issues. I also expect an appropriate response and explanation regarding the conditions I have experienced during my stay.
The hotel is very big and comfortable. As it is economic hotel it's very good. Many places for kids, many swimming pools. If you want to relax and don't spend many money it is very good desition. And Focus Spa is very good, working professional people there. I had problems with my back so masagist Mikail realy helped me. The location is good. An hour from Antalya airport. I like atmosphere here. Of corse it's not first class but it is very nice! As it is family hotel it is noisy at days, but at night it isn't. The clearness is good I think.
Absolutely terrible experience — do not recommend!
The place was extremely dirty and unpleasant. The food was disgusting, the towels smelled terrible, and the toilets didn’t flush properly. The shower was leaking, and there were even lizards running around in the room.
Also, don’t be fooled by the claim that there is private parking. There is no private parking — it is a shared parking area.
Overall, this place was unhygienic, poorly maintained, and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.
