This is a long review but I will cover everything.
The most impressive thing about Maxx Royal Kemer is the fact you cannot name one thing that stands out . It does everything exceptionally well, and yet that still doesn't feel like high enough praise.
From the second you walk through the doors your not standing at the check in desk. You're ushered straight to your room. It's all so seamless , The staff cannot do enough for you. Always happy to help with any query you may have.
Special shout out to my wonderful Maxx Assistants Bengisu and Hasan who helped us with such care , attention and efficiency that I feel will make it very difficult for any hotel to match. They clearly love what they do and it reflects in the work that they do to make your stay as stress free and enjoyable as they can.
Food wise I have to admit I am not a big foodie personally but I found myself trying so many new dishes because of how good anything I ordered was, not a single dish left me disappointed or half finished. Another Shout out to Murat and Yilmaz who served my family food and drinks always smiling and genuinely enjoyed having around.
My daughter is very particular about her food and they accommodated every request even if it was not on the Menu both Murat and Yilmaz treated her with such care that I personally feel it helped her confidence so much more.
The Entertainment was varied and in most cases amazing. From the mad max show to the traditional Turkish dance show, every night had something new and different.
Maxiland kids club has no right being as good as it is. I kid you not it literally has everything your kids would want, great outdoor activities, trampoline, a dedicated arcade room with consoles including fully kitted out racing simulators. The kids own restaurant where they serve healthy food. A soft play area for smaller children. You think that would be enough right,
You would be wrong, the sheer quality of activities that are offered to the children throughout the day would blow your mind . But facilities and equipment can only take you so far. The real stars are the staff who entertain the children. Special Shout out to Matt and my personal favourite Bilal Tarik Mizrak. My daughter is very energetic she does not sit still and is always on the go. But he took it all in his stride effortlessly matching her energy and enthusiasm on a daily basis. To the point where she would want to stay the whole day at Maxiland kids club and that is high praise and the place closes at 2am . Yes 2am which gives plenty of time for couples to spend time together.
The layout of the hotel is perfect, everything is spread out so it doesn't feel like your overwhelmed with people. The beach views are amazing, the water sports team are great and have a huge variety of things you can try. Both the adult and the kids waterparks are just the right size . It just does everything so well. You have tennis courts that are free to use , padel courts and a fully kitted out gym. Table tennis available on the beach along with other games. If you want to play adult games ( mortal Kombat etc) it has a dedicated games room with PlayStations , board games , basketball games , darts. It's just insane.
The rooms are massive , we were fortunate to stay in the sea facing room (1404) and the view is honestly breathtaking waking up in the morning and just looking outside is just an amazing feeling. The sea in front and the mountain on your side.
The beds are comfortable. They even have a pillow menu so you adjust to your own preference. The shower pressure is great and the hydro bath is amazing to relax in ( which they set up for you ) the cleaning is done consistently, punctually and with the same level of care as the other departments Shout out to Fatma who made towel animals and teddies , decorated the room with flowers daily and was always smiling.
My wife is a very accomplished therapist and has worked for many prestigious places in her time so the true test was to see how she found the spa services. I am happy to report that she gave the spa a 10 so you will not be disappointed with any treatments you decide to get.
The hotel has a number of shops located inside. You can find high end clothes , bags jewellery, glasses , water sport toys. Something for everyone.
Did I forget to mention it has a chocolatier and a patisserie on site. This is not one of those hotels where you see a desert that looks too good to be true, it actually tastes just as good if not better. Your expectations will repeatedly be blown out the water at every turn.
Now for those who like me obsess and check reviews before booking this one is for you. Is it expensive yes . Is it worth it .. 1000 percent yes . This place does not cut corners in anything that it does. Whilst certain things that you can do for an additional charge can be expensive the staff and the hotel make it worth it. No one is pushy about it and the Maxx assistant will always look to work with you and not try to get you to try things only at the hotel. They want you to have the best holiday that you can have and will do whatever they can to make it happen.
I will be sad to leave tomorrow but I will forever remember this place and the wonderful staff who truly gave me the time to fully relax and spend time with my loved ones making lifelong memories that I honestly don't think I could have done anywhere else.
Maxx Royal Kemer I fear you may have ruined holidays for me forever, But we absolutely loved every second of it
Once again, we spent a whole month at Maxx Royal Kemer, and it was wonderful, as always. After so many stays, it truly feels like a second home to us.
We love the beautiful nature, the peaceful atmosphere and the positive energy throughout the resort. The sea, mountains, gardens and even the goats walking around in the afternoon make every stay special. 🐐😂
But what makes Maxx Royal truly unforgettable is the people.
A very special thank you to Mr. Şenol, General Manager Assistant, and Mr. Cihan, Food & Beverage Manager Assistant. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail make such a difference. They are always welcoming, available and genuinely caring.
It was a real pleasure, as always, to see Jackeline, our assistant . He knows us so well and always makes us feel at home. His kindness, warmth and attention are truly appreciated.
We were also very happy to have our second assistant, Ahmet, who is new to the hotel this year. He was extremely kind ..
A special thank you to Ali Mazam, whom we have known for many years. Ali is such a wonderful person always smiling, thoughtful, professional and ready to help.
And of course, Birkan, thank you for always being so kind, attentive and helpful. Seeing familiar faces year after year is one of the things that makes coming back to Maxx Royal so special.

There are honestly so many wonderful people at the hotel, including many whose names we unfortunately don’t know. Every smile, every little gesture and every effort is noticed and appreciated.

After another beautiful month, we leave with wonderful memories, positive energy and, of course, a little sadness to leave. Maxx Royal Kemer is much more than a hotel to us — it truly feels like coming home. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Maxx Royal Kemer, and what I loved most was how naturally everything comes together.
The resort is surrounded by incredible nature, and there is a genuine sense of respect for the environment. One of the little details I particularly loved was seeing goats freely walking around the property.
It may seem like a small thing, but moments like this give the resort a very authentic feeling. Despite all the luxury, you never feel disconnected from the beautiful nature around you.
The service was also a real highlight. Everything was taken care of, but always in a warm and natural way.
A special mention has to go to our Maxx Assistant, Jacquelin Elizara. He was incredibly helpful, kind and cheerful throughout our stay. He speaks more than four languages, which is impressive, but what stood out even more was his genuine personality.
His warmth, sincerity and positive energy added a lovely touch to our holiday. Whenever we needed anything, he was there with a smile and a genuine willingness to help.
For me, these are the details that make a stay memorable. Beautiful surroundings and exceptional facilities are one thing, but having people like Jacquelin who genuinely care about your experience is what brings hospitality to another level.
Employees like him really do raise the standard and show what “The Art of Hospitality” can mean in practice.

My holiday in max royal Kemer this year was Very nice! Especially I want to mention about a waiter I’m 24 h restaurant Mete Kurt ( the bold guy)
This waiter was very courteous, polite and kind. he always noticed even small details and immediately tried to correct them if things went wrong, very attentive and careful to the needs of the client. always positive always professional. Bravo .
Our stay at Maxx Royal Kemer was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Everything about this hotel feels luxurious, relaxing, and perfectly organized. The atmosphere is beautiful, the rooms are amazing, the food is excellent, and the entire resort is kept in perfect condition.
What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single worker we met was kind, professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The service here is on another level — the workers are honestly the best we have ever experienced at any hotel. No matter where we were in the resort, everyone was smiling, helpful, and attentive.
The entertainment and evening shows were also amazing and made every night feel special. There is always something to do, whether you want to relax, enjoy the beach, eat great food, or have fun with friends and family.
Maxx Royal Kemer truly deserves its reputation as one of the best hotels. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury vacation with outstanding service and unforgettable memories. We will definitely come back again!
