Wonderful time, brilliant spa centre Highly recommend!😎
Positive: Location, value for money and especially the Luxury Spa Center. I took a package of 5 massages and got also turkish hammam scrub and face masks as bonuses and everything was fantastic there; the team was extremely nice, services very good and the masseur was a real professional. I want to thank them for the fact that they brought some light to our vacation partitioned by some bad experiences.
Average: The personnel tried to offer good services and was kind, however the infrastructure doesn’t allow them to reach the so-called 5 stars
Negative: Possibly the hotel had 5 stars many years ago when it was open; but there has been little maintenance investment since, which is a pity when one thinks of the wonderful position by the sea. The all inclusive concept is tricky, as you are the prisoner of a chef and the taste of usual customers. Too much food with sauces and little top quality luxury hotel dishes. Fish not convincing, fruits of average variety; one bright spot here; the baclava. But the worst was not having more than 3-4 people among the service team and administration to which to comunicate in other language than turkish or russian. It was unacceptable to arrive there (anywhere throughout the facilities of the hotel) and to receive greetings and questions in russian, with less than 10 words in english known by most of the personnel. Not to memtion spanish or french or even german.

A huge thank you to the fantastic animation team! Special thanks to Ilias and Yasin, and also to all the girls on the team. They were always smiling, friendly, and full of energy. I stayed at this hotel with my family from August 12 to 20, 2026. I won’t write much about the hotel itself. I’ll just say that it’s not a 5‑star hotel — it’s a 4‑star one at most. I’ve been to many places, both in Turkey and in Europe, so I have something to compare it with.
The story is different, and it’s unpleasant. On August 19, after lunch in the main restaurant, I left a case with one earbud on the table; the other was in my ear. Some time later, while in my room, I realized the earbuds were missing. I went down to the reception and asked if they had found my earbuds. They said "no" and suggested I ask in the restaurant. I asked the waitresses about the headphones, and one of them showed me a photo of my earbud case and confirmed that she had seen them lying on the table when she was clearing it. But when they started “looking for” them, for some strange reason they were absent. Some kind of inexplicable commotion began. One of the employees started making calls to someone and then told me to come back in half an hour. That was already suspicious. Later, he said they hadn’t found them. I contacted the guest relations officer to communicate with a manager. A strange conversation followed with the manager, who tried to find out “who exactly showed me this photo” and “why I didn’t take a photo of the waitress’s phone with a photo of my headphones.” Although all the waiters were present, and these questions should have been addressed to them. In short, it was an attempt to pretend that he didn’t know anything and that nothing had happened. I showed the last known location of the headphones on my phone and explained that, look, the one is in my hands, and the other one is somewhere here in the hotel. To which the manager replied that if that’s the case, then you’ll be able to find them yourself. Perfect!
Throughout the day, I observed several times how the geolocation of the lost headphone and the box changed, but each time it happened with a delay, and I couldn’t figure out who had them. The next day, on August 20, the day of our departure, I saw how the headphone with the box went to Antalya and spent the night there in the "Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Cd" area (36.918301, 30.727310). Just an observation, but it so happens that the "Mca İletişim" mobile service is located nearby. The next morning, the headphones changed their geolocation again to the "Güneş district, Mehmet Atay Cd. No:991" (36.92530067943282, 30.739489697549264), and their geolocation has not changed since. The attached screenshots of the Samsung Find app show the last two positions of the headphones. The headphones that did not return are the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro.
This is all written so that if you’re staying at this hotel and you forget something somewhere, it’s far from certain that the staff will return it to you, no matter how much they may assure you otherwise. Keep a close eye on your belongings.
