This is 2nd experience in this heaven hotel. The experience was awesome. Amazing hotel, amazing staff ( Fatih Bey for Mandarin Restaurant, Mehmet Bey for Snack Restaurant, Baki Bey for Mexican Restaurant; you are lovely and customer focused )…. Roller-skater Mikail Bey you are also very smily and friendly, thank you also to you👍
What is more this is best children hotel ever, heaven for children with all activities including work-shop !!!
One big applause for sport Team of Rixos… Exclusive Sport club and the staff ( Ahmet Bey , Fatih Bey and the test of the Team ) has bern very professional and engaged !!!
Costa Coffee corners are yet perfect idea for coffee lovers ! ( locations are great ) … Fatma and Semra Hanım are doing great job as well !
Last but not least;
Rixos Sungate customer relationship manager Mrs Ebru Yıldız did it utmost to let us enjoy our time and feel ourselves at home🙌 She was extremely kind, professional and committed 🙌👏👏👏

Definitely 5*
I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The service from every staff member—from spotless housekeeping to guest services—really made a difference for me. It was so lovely to sit down for breakfast & dinner and have the service take care of everything, including bringing me refreshing drinks. I really enjoyed the buggies to transport me around the massive grounds. I’d love to find another Rixos spot where I can have an equally amazing experience!
One negative, stray cats
Not what we expected and needs improvements to warrant a 5 star rating
On arrival room basic and more like a 3 star hotel. Very disappointed for Rixos hotels. Stayed in far better hotels in Antalya for less price. Buffet food average and was only compensated by Amir the Manager offering us 2 complimentary A La Cartes which were amazing. Seafood restaurant put on a Greek show which was great. Tesitt grounds immaculate but due to staff language issues, did not understand English as more geared towards Russian guests….very rude!! We would not return even though Amir the Guest Relations Manager upgraded us to Marine Rooms at a cost…which were great. Shame all rooms were not of this 5 star standard expected of a Rixos resort
Mandarin restaurant
We ate at the mandarin restaurant and the food and service was absolutely fantastic couldn’t fault them at all!
Best experience
Very helpful staff and a great place to stay, if you don't want to worry and want to enjoy your stay and experience at Rixos Sungate. Highly recommended for everyone.
