Our stay at Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence exceeded all our expectations!

This was our very first trip to Turkey, and choosing your resort was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply perfect.

The beautiful surroundings, delicious food, outstanding cocktails, fantastic activities for children, and the exceptional service made our holiday truly unforgettable. Every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

A very special thank you goes to the bartenders Isa and Mustafa at the Splendid Bar by the pool. Their professionalism, positive energy, and warm hospitality made every visit a pleasure. They are a real credit to your hotel!

Honestly, it’s very difficult to find anything to complain about. The only small issue we had was with the room cleaning, but after mentioning that the floors needed to be cleaned, it was taken care of immediately. We truly appreciated how quickly everything was resolved.

Thank you to the entire Nirvana team for your hard work, dedication, and passion. You created memories that our family will cherish for a long time.

The quality of the facility was foreseeable after being greeted candidly and hospitable. The kind personnel gave brief information while we were waiting for our rooms. The lobby was quite spacious and calm. At the ground level you can find a 24 hour operating restaurant , a patisserie , and a small lobby bar. The spa and wellness section lies below. Since we have accommodated at the main building , we were able to access many things under a few minutes. The family suite was large enough ; the shower cabin was not small , this is crucial for me . All of the rooms are equipped with an extensive minibar which are refreshed every single day. Any service offered in the room is cost-free. That is a major perk. The variety of the restaurants is satisfactory. There is one main restaurant and 4-5 a la carte restaurants. Every a la carte offers a different menu and possesses a disparate atmosphere. However making a reservation 2-3 days before is suggested. Because these restaurants do not have a lot of tables . The main restaurant is also non-negligible. You can eat there every day and not get bored. The diversity of the food is pleasant. I have tried different types of foods such as grilled meat , turkish local food , pastry and I have to admit that , I have not eaten anything unwillingly. The chefs are quite competent. The only drawback about the main restaurant is the constant clamour. It is predictable and not very irritating . If you want a more tranquil experience you should try the BlueSky or the other a la carte options. The most outstanding aspect of the resort was its service. Nearly all of the personnel want to help you , take care of you or solve your little problem. It is not just about getting responses ; it is also about how fast you see the responses . When you ask for something , it mostly gets done within a few minutes. For example , one night beer was spilled on the floor. I have asked for a housekeeper at the reception and she took care of the mess in 20 minutes - this took place at 10:30 pm , for the record. The cleanliness of the facility is noticeably good. Even if some place is dirty , it will probably be clean enough in an hour. The sanitation was instant after an accident has occurred at the main pool. That is why I would recommend this hotel . You may encounter some problems or some disturbances but your voice is important here .
One thing that has boggled my mind was the enourmousness of the beach . I like swimming in the sea and i enjoyed going right and left without hitting a barrier. There are 3 piers and they are very distant from each other . Once you get tired you can climb onto the pier and relax there. The water was warm yet refreshing in the midday heat . If you have goggles , you should observe the fish in the sea . The main pool is big enough , but is still packed until 5 pm. It is better if you just relax there , swimming there may be dull. I would like an another outdoor public pool in addition to the main pool. Yes , there are some smaller pools located at the hotel ; though they are reserved for certain customers. The indoor pool located at the spa facility is the best if you want to cool. The water there is the coldest that you could find and is really refreshing. Thankfully it is secluded , so nobody can bother you there. The cost of the accommodation is reasonable and fair. It is not too much nor too cheap. I certainly believe that reaching Nirvana's quality is not possible at the relevant price level. Nearby hotels generally charge families exorbitantly . If you are seeking for a family vacation , Nirvana earns the spot. At the end , I would personally like to mention the entertainment personnel named Sa ni. I have relished talking with him . He has particularly informed me about the day's activities. He is a friendly person.

An exquisite hotel with exceptional cuisine. Everything is of the highest standard—beautiful, spotless, and environmentally conscious. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to accommodate every request, making you feel truly welcome. Every detail reflects quality and care. The hotel fully lives up to its price and is worth every penny. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!
