Very nice location, friendly atmosphere, rooms average, but room cleaning perfect, speciall from Mrs.Songūl Coșkun, which IS Very kind. Servis also Very good and friendly and Ali from hotel market is the top. Noise level litlle high but normal for so many peopel together. Thanks to all emploies of restaurants, bars, kitchen, room servise,reception and all others, which Made our holiday perfect
There was too bad smell in the room. Food is awful, we couldn’t find tasty food to eat. Only one good thing was that there was Kabab house (Mehmet Usta) from 12 to 4 and waffle (Mustafa Abi) Reception is rude, they are not intend to help guests. From all staff only Mehmet Usta and Mustafa Abi were very polite. We were too disappointed about Dosinia.

After a wonderful holiday here last year I couldn’t wait to book up as soon as I got home, fast forward 12 months later and all I can say is how disappointed we were. The good parts; Pools are great! Plenty to choose from, Staff are absolutely amazing! Big shout out to Hussain, mehmet and our lovely cleaner Elif. Cocktails are still good, flamingo bar excellent for kids, coffee house lovely. Now the not so good parts; Food……… absolutely nowhere near the same as last year which was the main reason we booked for a second time. I read comments on face book that the Street foods were only open until 4pm so I emailed the hotel ahead of my stay to ask about this. I was assured they were open until 9pm and the burgerbar was open until 4am. This was not the case! So unless we went to the street food at 3.45 to fill up on food we had to go hungry as the restaurant food was nothing like last years, everything I tried was cold and I mean everything, no matter what time we went it was cold. The variety was also lacking compared to last year where we all loved the restaurant except my younger daughter who was happy to go to the street foods and get something substantial from there. We literally lived on chips this year! Then I went down with DV so spent 2 days in bed absolutely ill. I don’t know if it was from the chicken I picked at from the restaurant the night before but I was very poorly. So after paying over £5300 for a holiday I certainly expected the same value as last year and not having to live on chips for every evening meal for 2 weeks. Now we will come to the entertainment, wow just wow! Absolutely appalling. A few of the shows were ok but the live bands they dug up were atrocious honestly they made your ears bleed. I seriously didn’t want to leave a negative review as I left an amazing one last year for the same place but it really needed to be said. It’s such a shame it’s gone downhill as I wouldn’t have hesitated to book again and again. We actually couldn’t wait to get home after 8/9 days whereas last year we didn’t want to come home. Up your game dosinia as this was such an amazing hotel only 12 months ago.
It's very beautiful resort. I appreciate the quality of the service provided; nothing was missing. I have just one complaint: the unpredictable behavior of the air conditioning—it often blew very cold air.
