Rough start after that good time
We had a rough start because we didnt get the room we booked. We booked a Family room for 6 people we got a room with a separate door for 4 people. After 2 nights we finally got the room we booked. When we had the right room, we finally could enjoy our holiday. The pool and beach where amazing, good food and the staf was also very good. We had so much luck that we had a wonderfull waiter his name is Mehmet Arslan he really saved our holiday. He was kind made jokes with our kids and a hard worker. Because of him we had a great time.
A great holiday
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was also very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Fantastic
Wow 🤩 we went as a family of 8 . The hotel was probably the best all inclusive we have done . Food was amazing , every day : Hotel was stunning , clean , spacious. The staff work so hard every day . Location was great for us . Gaming the beach on site was fab ! Gorgeous with plenty of beds . One thing I would say - the beach bar at night needs to be open more and better so stocked - otherwise you need to keep going to the main one . Entertainment was fab - never had such entertainment around the pool either . We want to return next year - this is the only one I have ever said I want to go back again . Highly recommend this hotel .
White city review
A last minute booking. The hotel is a journey from the airport. On arrival we loved the entrance and reception staff and bell boy was fantastic and a great help. We spent the next 7 days in paradise. The food was great for all ages and the waiters were very good at clearing the tables and getting your drinks. The coffee shop was ideal for snakes at any time. The lounge cafe was great for a 5 o’clock snack, many cakes to pick from. The hotel pool was great in size but finding a bed was hard in the morning. We found an afternoon swim was much better. We had lunch at the beach cafe and the burger and chicken kabab was the best food all holiday. The spa was also a must do. The kids loved the bubble massage, in door pool was always empty so was nice for a quiet hour and cool down. The room had a double bed a single bed and sofa bed all comfortable and enough space for clothes in cupboard. The hotel is so clean and tidy no complaints. The hotel atmosphere was great live musicians and ample entertainment for adults and children all day. Big thank you to Burul on reception for the help in our final day.
Wonderful experience
Amazing hotel.
Firstly, the aesthetics of the hotel are absolutely incredible. Beautiful design and so clean too, the staff do a fantastic job. The Food buffet is one of, if not the best I have ever had and also very spacious so you don’t feel too crowded. There are also other food stations dotted about and a Starbucks too. The service is also very good with staff asking you what drinks you would like when sitting down for breakfast/lunch/dinner and they are always attentive. The Spa was a great experience and a must try when there. Rooms were sufficient and clean, no issues there and we had the occasional towel animals with petals which is a nice touch. The beach area and sea was beautiful with some nice large beds to lie on. To top it off, there was a hotel dog called Mohem (I think that’s how you spell it) who was occasionally in the lobby area
To find some slight negatives, the Starbucks could be a long wait at times, also there needs to be more accessible drinks near the beach area.
