White City Resort

Had such an incredible stay at White City Resort. So much to do during the day, and plenty of evening activities too. The all inclusive option was maybe the best I have ever experienced. What made my stay so special, however, was the service. Especially from Himli and Sebastian on the bars. Sebastian made the most excellent cocktails and seems to really care about the guests. Himli was always smiling, had excellent banter and to top it all off, also made wonderful drinks. The holiday wouldn’t have been the same without those two and I can’t thank them enough!

We are a family of 3 adults on our last day of a 10night stay. We have had a lovely time at this beautiful hotel. Hotel is modern, clean, ample space, we especially like the many seating areas around the hotel for different vibes, spoilt for choice for relaxing with drinks etc. Infinity pool is amazing & our favourite spot for daytime ( you will need to rise early before 8am to get a sunlounger anywhere as they get reserved quickly) Pros - Hotel staff are super friendly, always helpful & accommodating, evening bar staff the best! Hotel maintenance very good, always clean etc. Cocktail/drink choices great, we loved the Hugo Spritz & The Rainbow! Also Baileys iced coffee. Entertainment excellent/shows very good but a little repetitive & mostly acrobatics. Our favourite night was the pier white party with some fab tunes played! Food plentiful throughout the day, we enjoyed the beach snack bar the most in the daytime. Evening a bit repetitive but lots of choice & deserts to die for!!

Cons - Standard room a bit small/limited space & balcony not the best. Shower head & chair broke & not enough towels left everyday for 3 of us. Beach not great, very small & sea dirty so we didnt want to swim in the sea or snorkel here ( access from pier is much better) No other beach space accessible from hotel as each hotel has its own beach space so if you want a beach holiday its not for you! Reception staff ( males) not very friendly & it was hard to settle a few issues we had regarding a pier pavilion we reserved & paid for. Our plans changed for our anniversary & they were reluctant to refund us £80! We decided to go out on a trip for the day instead as we didnt feel we would get the special vibes we wanted at the hotel. Custom relations were great though. All in all beautiful hotel... a visit to the castle by cable car in Alanya is a must! Stunning sunset/photos if you go evening. Also our trip to Saluada Island was worth the long drive & early start ( you will need to book this via getyourguide etc as hotel does not offer this trip) 3hr transfer drive in aircon mini bus but definitely worth it as views/sea is beautiful
