Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Very bad experience. Clean very bad. Staf not speak english. UAI is not truly. If you want to a la carte restaurant must pay 15€. Pool are open till 6pm. Bar from yammy burger they said ti the desk it open till 6 pm but if you go at 17:30 the staff say is close. Lift 🚫 and very dirty. The good thing is the aqua park for kids buy istorie open only 4 hours per day. We had 7 day but one was close 🙃. Food very but. My kid was vomiting form food. Coffee not taste good. Beach was fine. I will not recommend

We have just returned from Utopia Resort and Residence (Avsallar). Having previously stayed at Delphin Deluxe and Botanik Platinum—hotels that set a very high bar—we arrived expecting a lower level of quality. However, we were extremely pleasantly surprised by our experience at Utopia Resort.From the very first moment, we were captivated by the beautifully planned layout of the hotel and its exceptionally cozy atmosphere. We were also delighted by the comfortable beach, which does not require water shoes, and the truly high-quality evening entertainment. These specific highlights made Utopia Resort the winner among the hotels we have visited, even though the service standard here is slightly lower than in the Delphin chain.These positive aspects completely made up for a few downsides regarding cleanliness in the common areas (primarily the public restrooms). We have no complaints about the dining; the food was varied enough and very tasty. It is true that Utopia Resort falls a bit short of the Delphins when it comes to the alcohol selection, but that was not important to us, so we didn't try to taste every single cocktail :).We would like to give a special mention to the Utopia hotel SPA center and its entire team. Excellent massage therapists Idris, Tika, and Wati, as well as the incredibly friendly reception team Asya, Aziz, and Ruzgar. The hammam was amazing (the best out of many we have visited), and the authentic massages were very reasonably priced.This is the story of our short acquaintance with Utopia Resort, proving that a great vacation is defined by more than just the price of the hotel. We will definitely want to return here someday.
