It was fairly ok. Good slides for both kids and adults too. Pools are good enough but who goes to sea to swim in them am i right. Food was mostly great. Now the bad experiences... first 4 days no clean room or towels. Also beach bars staff was not that plesent to interact with. Hotel is to expend even more(building next door is under construction, in other words... it will be even more crowded. The beach it self is bad. Water murky and dirty. The dock part is ok but not for small kids since waves are a bit strong. So dont go here of you like to swim in the sea :(
We recently stayed at Numa Bay as a multi-generational family trip with grandparents and children, and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences we have had in years.
What stands out immediately is the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional and eager to help. The atmosphere throughout the hotel feels welcoming and relaxed, making it easy to settle in from the very first day.
The food deserves special recognition. The F&B team is doing an excellent job. The selection is impressive, the ingredients are fresh, and the quality remains consistently high throughout the day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks, we always found something delicious, and even after several days we never felt bored with the variety.
We were also impressed by the animation team. They brought so much positive energy to the resort and created wonderful activities for both children and adults. Our kids looked forward to seeing the animators every day, which gave the adults a chance to relax and enjoy the holiday as well.
Another major advantage is how clean and well-maintained everything is. The hotel feels modern, stylish and fresh. The rooms, restaurants, pools and public areas were spotless throughout our stay, which is something we always pay close attention to when travelling with children.
Numa Bay has managed to create a place that works equally well for families, couples and older guests. Our children were happy, our parents were comfortable, and we were able to truly relax and enjoy our time together.
A big thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We will be recommending Numa Bay to our friends and family and hope to return again in the future.
Amazing stay family vacation especially enjoyed the piano bar Rabia and Mustafa were amazing cocktails atmosphere and service was first class xx
We recently stayed at Numa Bay and overall had a good holiday. The hotel is very clean — genuinely impressive considering the number of guests — and the staff throughout were friendly and helpful. The Guest Relations team were particularly good.
The beach and sea are excellent. There are rocky shallower areas where you can swim with the fish, plus a jetty with deeper water and plenty of fish for the kids to snorkel around. There's also a warm, shallow section around 3–3½ft deep, which is great for younger children.
The pools are nice but smaller than expected. We had no real problem finding sunbeds, although some guests were reserving them before the permitted 8am.
The biggest disappointment for us was the cocktails. Most of the bars served very poor cocktails. The piano bar was the exception and did much better cocktails, although it gets busy. The pool bar was average, and the entertainment bar really needs improving.
The food was 50/50. There was always something to eat, but it could be repetitive and inconsistent. The snack area had plenty of choice — doner, chicken wraps, wings, pizza, chips etc. — although in temperatures approaching 38°C we often preferred eating inside.
Our room experience was mixed. We'd booked a Superior Family Room so the two girls could have their own room and bathroom, but were initially given a different family room. After speaking to reception, we were moved into the correct room two days later. Once there, the room itself was lovely, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The major issue was storage — there was so little that we lived out of our suitcases for the whole holiday. The room also appeared very new, with a few finishing touches still needed. No problems with noise, though, and we had a great pool/sea view.
One hidden gem: down by the beach bar is a little hut where two women make traditional Turkish bread. We only discovered it around day seven, but it was probably the best daytime snack we had — definitely worth trying!
Entertainment was 50/50, with some good and some not so good.
Would we return? No. We didn't have a bad holiday, but having experienced Numa Bay once, we'd prefer to try somewhere different rather than have the same experience a second time.
There are plenty of positives here — cleanliness, beach, sea and staff in particular — but for us, the poor cocktails, average food and a few other issues mean we'd choose somewhere else next time.
Always a brilliant time and amazing drinks at the beautiful lobby piano bar 🎹 🍸 Ozgur, Rabia, Mustafa, Hilal all amazing , we are loving coming here for a pre dinner drink or 2! And then back later, thank you 🥰♥️
