Annabella Diamond Hotel and Spa

Overall the hotel was good, the food was nice and quite diverse. The only downside would be that most of the salads were unseasoned, but we have had provided all sort of spices and sauces. Great range of cooked food, fresh grilled meat, the Turkish night was just stunning. Sea food offered as well so in terms of food they’re doing great. Also availability almost 24hrs a day. The housekeeping staff and gardeners were doing a great job, keeping up with all the guests mess around. Private beach, very clean and tidy. Lovely sand and water suitable for all sort of “swimmers”. The hotel offers a great range of facilities, shops, salon, spa, and staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. The live shows with dance crews, all sort of shows were great. Howeverrrrr the cherry on top of the cake is the entertainment team Ali, Leyla and Mehmet. They literally wouldn’t give us the chance to get bored. We came as a quite big group so that helped as well. They had such a funny games programme, dancing and engaging around with guests. They had offered us a great time, and to the hotel management, please praise them as they really doing a great job. Even outside their working hours would be around guests within the hotel bars. We had a wonderful family holiday at Anabella Diamond Hotel. I was there with my sister, our husbands, and our children, and we all had an amazing time. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we came home with beautiful memories.

The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, and located right on a beautiful sandy beach with a gentle entrance to the sea. Our rooms were cleaned every day, the entire resort was well maintained, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

The food was excellent, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious dishes every day. There was something for everyone, both adults and children. We were also pleasantly surprised by the cocktails – they were made with quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.

A special thank you goes to the hotel’s spa. My sister and I enjoyed a three-day wellness programme, starting with a peeling treatment on the first day, followed by two wonderful massages. Everything was perfectly organised from beginning to end. We would especially like to thank Yusuf, who arranged everything professionally and made sure we felt welcome throughout the entire experience. The female therapist who treated my sister and the male therapist who treated me were both outstanding. Their professionalism, kindness, and care were exceptional, and we left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. We highly recommend the spa to everyone staying at the hotel – it is an experience not to be missed.

Our children loved the pool and the beach, while the adults appreciated the relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and outstanding hospitality. We all agreed that this was one of the best holidays we have ever had.
