Great location, friendly and helpful staff, good atmosphere, spacious room
Rooms ok for a 3star hotel, staff very helpful and location good.
4th visit to the Azuu...this time in Blok A...rooms are very clean...lovely staff...they keep things nice and simple which means it works well...i am a holiday snob usually 4 or 5 star hotels only, visits here have been for dental reasons , and the Azuu has always been a comfortable stay for me...for a 3 star boutique hotel its alwayd been a little bit more than 3* hence me giving it 5 star....the menu is really good (fussy eater) and mostly send back empty plates...i initially booked a different 3* hotel in Lara as package deal was cheaper than flights alone but only lasted one night and ditched it to come back here!!Highly recommended!!
Going for face surgery, called and spoke to reception with requests for a quiet room and comfortable bed for 12 night recovery and confirmed both in June before booking..... as well as email confirmation just before flying. On arrival we had the last room in a block across the road, right next to the constantly banging front door and with 2 solid mattress'.... needless to say, no sleep was had! We had to move hotels and was thankfully given a refund. The room was clean and a good size, basic as picture shows and a lovely, relaxing shower
Fantastic service at all times. Going back in November.
