Went to the white gold hotel and spa. The rooms are spotlessly clean. I cannot fault this at all. Food was great. Going to be honest breakfast was not my kind of choice but the rest of the meals was amazing. The spa was the most amazing experience I have had. I would highly recommend going. I would also say speak to Mehmet you get a free 15-minute massage. Ethan advises what is best for you for the massage. The prices are amazing. Please please please go. It is the best massage I have ever had and I can tell you I have had a few. Also the Turkish bath is gorgeous. Lovely place. Yes I would visit again Mehmet mame is the man thank you Mehmet you are great and your girl are the best
Dont know how to start! Arrived early hours of morning Thursday 10th sept,5adults,we had booked 3 economy rooms,got here no economy rooms available till Friday,do we want to upgrade? We can sleep in standard rooms till Friday free of charge but after Friday it will be £20 per room per night extra!!! Can we look at economy rooms to make a decision? We’re taken to a room with beds upturned,filthy mattresses upturned,rotting mouldy fruit on the side!!! He opened the double window to reveal a brick wall!!!no balcony,no patio,it was like out of a horror movie!!!!! No thanks we all said,so taken to standard rooms,fine,clean,with a balcony,back to reception,we will all have standard rooms,£600 please!!!!!!!! No way,so we negotiated it down between us to 400 but our original rooms were not available anyway!!!! The moral of this story is,we were NEVER going to accept their economy rooms so they knew we would upgrade,400!quid in the night workers pocket! Talking to other visitors this is “common practice “ so just be aware!!!!! Food is awful,pool is nice,rooms are nice and clean,but no snacks available on the all inclusive so it’s breakfast,lunch,tea with unlimited drinks,oh and no ice cream!!! I’m here for the sun,so it’s ok for me but deffo won’t return.
I would rate the hotel 4 stars, but one of its greatest highlights is the wonderful SPA. The SPA manager, Mehmet, is very professional, polite, and makes sure that every guest feels comfortable and well looked after.
Special thanks to the massage therapist, Mehmet. The massage was extremely relaxing and performed with great professionalism and exceptional attention to detail. I felt completely at ease throughout the treatment.
The whole SPA visit was a truly enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend the SPA and both Mehmets! 😊
Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive whenever we tried to raise genuine concerns. We complained about a broken shower and unclean beds, but instead of having our issues properly addressed, we were repeatedly threatened with being thrown out of the hotel. We also asked for an iron and were refused, as we were told there was only one iron for the entire hotel for all the guests. We constantly asked to speak to the Manager but they all claimed they were managers. I then asked to speak to the owner called Suleiman but we were told he is an angry person and would never speak to people like us. The fridge in our room was also warm, meaning we were unable to safely store medication or keep drinks cold. This was particularly concerning when travelling with a young child. If you are travelling with a toddler or young child, I honestly would not recommend wasting your time and money here. There were hardly any child-friendly activities or facilities. They had a so-called mini club, but it was always empty with the lights switched off. The crayons were broken and the paint pots were unclean and not suitable for children to use. There was also no proper entertainment for children. The children's pool was just a small, shallow round pool with no slides or activities to keep children entertained. My 3 year old daughter was extremely bored during the stay, so we ended up going out every day and paying extra for activities just to keep her entertained. This added unnecessary expense to what was supposed to be a family holiday. The toiletries were also very poor. I would strongly recommend bringing your own. Although shampoo and body wash were provided, they were in old, battered containers with labels that were coming off, which did not give the impression that they were clean or well maintained. On top of all this, several areas were unclean and the food was repeatedly the same, with very little variety throughout our stay. Overall, the lack of child-friendly facilities, poor cleanliness, inadequate room amenities, repetitive food and the extremely rude and intimidating way complaints were handled made this a very unpleasant experience. Families with toddlers or young children should seriously consider looking elsewhere.
Very nice hotel, the service was amazing, the food was delicious and rooms very clean and beautiful. The animation program was exiting and we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel
