This hotel is NOT a 5 star hotel. More like a 2 star. where do I start. On arrival we were literally dumped on the pavement by the private taxi. No bell boy to take the luggage up the steps. fortunately the man in the shop helped take our bags to reception. I have never been to a 5 star hotel and had to carry my own luggage. We got checked into the hotel and the man on reception showed us to our rooms, well he took us to which i can only describe as the dungeon. He opened the patio doors and in front of us was an 8 foot wall and above it was a disco. We declined that room and was told if we wanted to upgrade we would have to pay 180.00 euros in cash. We managed to get him down to 150.00. We were also told there was a deposit for the safe in the room, which we did not pay. Also we were informed that if you loose your towel its 10.00 euros same applied for the room key, and if the sheets or towels got marks on that we would get charged to replace them. We took our own luggage to the upgraded rooms and went to the bar as we had missed the restaurant due to a delay with an accident on the motorway. Sat there having a chat and a drink, went to the bar to get another drink and the bar had closed. This was 11.00 pm, what hotel bar in turkey closes at 11.00pm.
I got in the shower the following morning and the shower did not stay in the cradle. the patio doors did not lock, so this was reported to reception and have to say this was sorted very quickly. The rooms are cleaned every day but look old and tired. Bathroom is clean but looks grubby.
That morning we went to breakfast, no bread for the toaster and when we asked for some the member of staff rolled his eyes. Anyway the long and short of this was that the bread got stuck in the toaster so we gave up. In the evening we usually like to have a drink in the bar before dinner. Went to the same bar and it was closed doesn't open until 9.00 pm so we went to the restaurant bar where he had to sit on the sun loungers as there were no tables to sit and have a drink. Clearly not enough tables for the amount of people in the hotel. We did this one more breakfast and evening meal then decided enough was enough and eat out for the rest of the holiday. The food served in the restaurant was either luke warm or cold and consisted of the same thing every night. I thought we would be safe with the chips, even they were cold!! Even the salads got boring
There was only bar to go for a drink and if it rained you had no choice but to try and get a table under the cover was the restaurant.
Most of the staff here are rude and when you ask for something they roll their eyes and look very grumpy. A simple request like a wine in a tall glass so that water could be added and you would have thought we had asked for the world. When it was nice and sunny the pool was packed, again not enough sun loungers for the amount of people in the hotel. the beach was the same.
The area of this hotel was lovely for us as there were plenty of restaurants and shops, unfortunately the hotel was not what we were expecting and extremely disappointing and will not be returning. The hotel needs knocking down and re building

I stayed there with my family at the beginning of September. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean, and the animation team was great! The hotel also has its own beach, but we did not spend much time there, although I really loved the pier. The food was excellent! There is something to suit everyone's taste. I highly recommend not missing dinner on Turkish Night 😊 There is entertainment every evening on the hotel's terrace, including bingo, karaoke, and more. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis. The spa is not included, but you can book and pay for a massage. I highly recommend the masseur, Mehmet. He is very pleasant and professional.
Went to the white gold hotel and spa. The rooms are spotlessly clean. I cannot fault this at all. Food was great. Going to be honest breakfast was not my kind of choice but the rest of the meals was amazing. The spa was the most amazing experience I have had. I would highly recommend going. I would also say speak to Mehmet you get a free 15-minute massage. Ethan advises what is best for you for the massage. The prices are amazing. Please please please go. It is the best massage I have ever had and I can tell you I have had a few. Also the Turkish bath is gorgeous. Lovely place. Yes I would visit again Mehmet mame is the man thank you Mehmet you are great and your girl are the best
Dont know how to start! Arrived early hours of morning Thursday 10th sept,5adults,we had booked 3 economy rooms,got here no economy rooms available till Friday,do we want to upgrade? We can sleep in standard rooms till Friday free of charge but after Friday it will be £20 per room per night extra!!! Can we look at economy rooms to make a decision? We’re taken to a room with beds upturned,filthy mattresses upturned,rotting mouldy fruit on the side!!! He opened the double window to reveal a brick wall!!!no balcony,no patio,it was like out of a horror movie!!!!! No thanks we all said,so taken to standard rooms,fine,clean,with a balcony,back to reception,we will all have standard rooms,£600 please!!!!!!!! No way,so we negotiated it down between us to 400 but our original rooms were not available anyway!!!! The moral of this story is,we were NEVER going to accept their economy rooms so they knew we would upgrade,400!quid in the night workers pocket! Talking to other visitors this is “common practice “ so just be aware!!!!! Food is awful,pool is nice,rooms are nice and clean,but no snacks available on the all inclusive so it’s breakfast,lunch,tea with unlimited drinks,oh and no ice cream!!! I’m here for the sun,so it’s ok for me but deffo won’t return.
