This boutique city hotel boasts a prime setting on the grounds of Alanya Castle. The hotel commands spectacular views of the town of Alanya and the shimmering waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Guests will find themselves within easy walking distance from the town centre and a pretty beach, while local transport links lie just a few metres away from the hotel, offering ease of access to other areas to be explored. An abundance of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as exciting entertainment options, lie in the town centre, while captivating attractions, such as the Damlatas Caves lie just over 1 km away. This romantic hotel occupies a former 19th century castle mansion, and hosts 11 individually decorated guest rooms. The rooms are sumptuously decorated, and feature countless windows which drench the surroundings in natural light for a soothing ambience.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as an outdoor pool or take in the view from a terrace and a garden. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a fireplace in the reception.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
My mom and I stayed at Villa Turka for a week at the beginning of June, and it was a magical experience. Staying inside the walls of a historic castle was so unique, and the villa itself is a gorgeous, well taken care of property. Our room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessities. Waking up to the stunning, panoramic views of the harbour every morning was unforgettable, and the villa truly feels like a serene oasis in the middle of a busy town. In fact, it was so lovely that we occasionally opted to just skip the sightseeing, stay in, and relax by the pool and jacuzzi.
What truly made our trip unforgettable was the exceptional staff. The entire team, from reception to the kitchen staff, went above and beyond for us. They felt truly connected to our experience and took all the stress out of our trip by answering all our questions, providing recommendations, arranging airport transfers and local excursions. Their warmth and genuine eagerness to help made us feel so welcome every single day. To top it all off, every morning started with an incredible, delicious breakfast served on the gorgeous terrace, which quickly became one of the highlights of our stay.
The hotel is located on top of a hill, which grants it the beautiful harbour views but means you should be prepared for some walking. I personally loved traversing the winding, historic paths each day to see where they led, but it is something to keep in mind if you or your travel companions have limited mobility.
As for the local atmosphere, you can hear the mosque prayers five times a day, but you quickly get used to the rhythm of it, and you won't hear anything with the windows closed.
We cannot recommend Villa Turka enough, and we are so grateful to the wonderful staff for making our trip so special!
My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Turka in Alanya, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish.
The first thing that stood out was the incredible hospitality. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived and were always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. Their kindness really made our stay special.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere and stunning views over Alanya and the Mediterranean. Our room was clean, comfortable, and full of character, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the area.
The breakfast was delicious, with fresh, high-quality products and plenty of choice. Enjoying breakfast on the terrace with such an incredible view was one of the highlights of our stay.
We also loved the location. It's close enough to the city center and attractions to explore easily, while still offering a quiet and relaxing escape.
Overall, Hotel Villa Turka exceeded our expectations. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, delicious breakfast, and charming atmosphere made this a memorable stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Alanya, especially couples looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway. We hope to return in the future!
Everything was great! This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful historic location. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we felt comfortable and at home throughout our stay.
Our room had a wonderful view and was beautiful overall. The only small thing is that a bit of renovation would make this place even more amazing.

If you need beauty, quiet time and to relax, this is the place! Everything was just perfect and we were treated like family during our nine day stay. Our room was spacious, peaceful, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was always something to look forward to with spectacular views across the bay. The stunning food was lovingly prepared by Funda and her team. Delil was a perfect host with restaurant, trip suggestions, local information and numerous helpings of cake and Turkish tea! There are lots of little pretty cosy places to shade from the sun and the pool area is gorgeous and never noisy or overcrowded. The gentle music played around the hotel was the perfect playlist which lulled you even further into tranquility! We were reluctant to return home but would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Delil, Funda, Volcan and the rest of Villa Turka Family for a perfect holiday!❤️
First time in Alanya, beautiful place, hotel is in a beautiful picturesque location, amazing views over the harbour. Accessibility however is challenging, very steep hill over cobbled stones, meaning any walks over half a kilometre would kill most people and taxi would be my advice. Weather in September was way hotter and humid than we anticipated, I would definitely recommend coming later in the year, when it’s cool enough to enjoy all there is to offer. The hotel itself WOW, is all I can say, built into a 200 year old castle, quirky rooms, but absolutely stunning, don’t be expecting corporate crap, this is Turkish history, with a modern twist, breakfast is included, expect half of it to come from your beautiful surroundings, pomegranate and papaya trees line the terraces and pool, there’s absolutely nothing here for children, suited more to couples 40-??, staff are great, very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Now to the bad points, drinks are expensive and no food after breakfast, there is a shop nearby, get beers / wine and put it in the fridge provided, it will save you a lot of money, just outside of gate, there’s a nice cafe/restaurant called Konak Cafe & Restaurant, perfect for takeaway lunch, sandwiches, kebabs etc and do very reasonably priced evening meals, great staff and amazing views from your table, they will also do some sandwiches to take to the airport, fantastic service. I would definitely return, would need to be cooler, transfer (privately) is 2 hours, so much longer by coach
