My 4th visit to this hotel, and I still consider it my second home ❤️
This was my fourth visit to this hotel, with my first stay dating back to 2019. Honestly, I have a special connection with this place. I really love this hotel and feel comfortable here as if I were at home, which is why I keep coming back.
Since my first visit until today, I have noticed a huge improvement in almost every aspect. The hotel has become even more organized and clean, there is clearly a lot of attention to renovation and details, and most importantly, the staff. Everyone was friendly, respectful, helpful, and welcoming. For me, the staff is one of the main reasons I always choose to come back.
However, I do have one small comment, and this is purely my personal opinion regarding the food.
Honestly, I feel that the food was better, tastier, and more varied in previous years. I don't mean that the food needs to look luxurious or fancy just for presentation. For me, what matters most is the quality, variety, and richness of the options.
For breakfast in particular, I felt that the selection used to be much richer, especially when it came to pastries and baked goods. As for lunch and dinner, there was quite a strong focus on fish and seafood. I was especially looking forward to Friday because of the Turkish Night, which in previous visits was always one of the highlights — very rich, diverse, and full of different options. Unfortunately, this time it felt much more limited and was not at the same level as in previous years.
Regarding the desserts, I also noticed that the choices were very similar from one day to another. Even if you wanted to try something different from the traditional desserts, there were not many alternative options.
That being said, these comments do not change my overall positive opinion of the hotel. Quite the opposite — I still love this place, I still consider it my first choice, and I still feel at home here. I will definitely come back again.
I am only sharing this feedback because I have stayed here several times and know the level this hotel has offered in the past. I hope it can be taken as constructive feedback to keep improving, especially when it comes to the variety and quality of the food.
At the end of the day, no matter what, I would not easily choose another hotel. I love this place, and I will definitely keep coming back. ❤️
We arrived at the hotel at around 10pm, even though check-in was from 2pm. We were travelling with our 6-month-old baby, so we expected to be able to settle into our room straight away.
Unfortunately, we were told that the air conditioning needed checking and that this would take around two hours. We were then told there wasn’t a suitable room available for two guests and had to wait until another guest left before we were given a room. When we eventually received the room, it was dirty and clearly had not been properly prepared.
Communication was also a major challenge, as some of the staff spoke very limited English. This made it difficult to explain problems or ask for help.
One particularly upsetting incident involved my daughter’s personal item being removed from the bed. When we asked the hotel to check the rubbish in case it had accidentally been thrown away, the language barrier made it very difficult to explain what had happened and get assistance. This caused unnecessary upset for my daughter.
The food was disappointing, with limited choice that suited English tastes, and the all-inclusive drinks selection was also very limited.
The pool was not very family-friendly, as it was very deep throughout and there was no shallow area suitable for young children.
We also went on a jeep safari during our holiday and unfortunately became very unwell afterwards, with what we believe was food poisoning. It was absolutely horrendous and made travelling home extremely difficult and unpleasant. This was a particularly awful way to end the holiday.
Entertainment was also quite poor. During the day there was mainly darts, and the evening entertainment was very limited. During our stay, there were only two nights of karaoke. We expected a better variety of entertainment, particularly as this was an all-inclusive family holiday
To be fair, the hotel did make a gesture by giving us a free fruit bowl and a bottle of wine. We appreciated the gesture, although as we were staying all-inclusive, these didn’t feel like particularly significant extras.
On the positive side, the snack bar and cake bar were okay, and the hotel was in a good location, which was one of the better aspects of our stay.
Overall, our experience was very disappointing, particularly as we were travelling with a young baby. There are several areas where the hotel could improve, including room preparation and cleanliness, communication, food choice, drinks and family-friendly facilities.
Been travelling to Turkey for many years and this has put a dampener on retuning to this area. After you have saved and looked forward to family holiday all year.
2 adults- 50 yes 1 x 9 year old
Arrived really late and the welcome was so disappointing. No aircon in the lobby overnight. The night manager didn't have a record of my daughter and instead of explaining what was happening he ignored us. It was eventually sorted but customer service skills were seriously lacking. After that - all the staff were amazing Highlights - animation team. Pool bar guys and the waiting staff/ cleaners all worked really hard. Food was great. Lots of choice. Room was kept really clean
Negatives The pool is deep - all the way round- not suitable for children. Limited sunbeds Pool in the shade 60% day
We were interrupted with people coming in from clubbing every night so it's not a child friendly hotel.
The staff really make this place as they all worked really hard in 40+degrees heat.
We checked into TAÇ Premier Hotel & Spa and left only a few hours later. We were assigned room 2106, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel was far below the standard we expected. The room and common areas did not appear properly maintained, and the overall level of cleanliness was unacceptable. We were particularly concerned about hygiene and sanitation. The food quality was very poor. The selection was limited, presentation was unappealing, and the dining area did not look clean or well organized. The service was equally disappointing. Staff showed little interest in helping guests, and customer service was far below what should be expected from a hotel of this category. Another major issue was the noise. The hotel was extremely loud, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the stay. Because of the poor hygiene, low food quality, disappointing service, and excessive noise, we decided to leave the hotel after only a few hours and find alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
We had an amazing stay at Tac Hotel! The animation team was outstanding and made every day so much fun with their entertaining activities. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of choices, and the service was excellent. Overall, it's a true five star hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation.
