Everything was so perfect that I was truly impressed! The hotel’s location, the staff, and everything else were absolutely wonderful. All of the staff were kind, polite, friendly, and very attentive. I would especially like to thank Golnush, Rose, and Ayşe for their kindness and amazing service. They made my experience even more special. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

Arrived at hotel at 3am with our 3 grandchildren, dropped at the gate no sure how to even get in , Finally worked it out , checked in shown to room ,all fine , next morning we go for breakfast,only me in the queue, the man on the egg station didn’t even acknowledge me just kept stirring food about, but as more people joined the queue he straight away asked what they would like ,I was absolutely fuming ,and words were exchanged, as our holiday went on we realised they don’t like English at all ,we sat at bar tried to get attention to get a drink just to be ignored, I finally had to walk up to him to ask him for a drink ,they all need a lesson how to smile,we have been to several places in turkey never ever have I ever encountered anything like this place , we felt totally isolated, all they bothered about was if you are danish German Finland ,AND PEOPLE BE WARNED THE TATTOO MAN ,WHO IS ALWAYS AT THE POOL ASKING PETO VISIT HIS CLOTHES SHOP , BEWARE HE RIPS YOU OFF , OUR BIL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE £150.00 , he convert to lira , we later checked it he had charged us £240.00 , The hotel she be looking at this and not letting it happen, Oh and as for the lifeguards ,the pool with slides , he just stands at the bar on his phone all day , And on another occasion in the pool near restaurant our six year old granddaughter got into difficulty nand the life guard just stood there , my husband jumped in fully clothed to get her , I’d say out of all the staff there was one young female who acknowledged us and our grandchildren, all the staff are vey ignorant and miserable, I st writing this review but I know as we are English nothing will change , it’s plain to see they don’t like or acknowledge the English , And as for the food ,just how much chicken can one person eat every day for lunch and dinner was chicken chips pizza and a range of salads , I can say in all honesty I’d never recommend to anyone , OH AND THE BEACH DAY , WE BOOKED IT THE BEFORE,GETS PICKED UP ,DROPPED AT BEACH , NOT EVEN TOLD WER TO GO , WE FOUND OUR WAY TO THE SUNLOUNGERS ON THE BEACH ,AS OUR 6 year old didn’t like the rough sea we said we would take her in pool instead,to be told children not allowed in pool , then we were going to have lunch to be told our hotel not allowed to use it , At no point were we greeted and offered a drink even , Absolutely no communication at all , The hotel should let people know first that kids can’t use the facilities at beach resort .ALL IN ALL SHOCKING EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN.
