I stayed in this hotel last week. A very last minute booking for a quick getaway. Was heavily persuaded by the excellent reviews. Not sure who left these - think they written by the hotel itself as my experience was very different! 
However I will start with the positives. Very clean and friendly staff.....but sadly this is it! It is not a 4 * hotel. I would say it is very basic - 2stars max! Turkey is known for its lovely hotels! The pool area although clean is cramped and a complete sun trap which makes it highly uncomfortable in high season. You have to keep moving if you are to catch the sun all day however nowhere to move to. The food was not the delicious food which turkey well known for. Very samey and not tasty at all! Suggestion - Do a few delicious kebabs which you will get in most takeaway resturants in UK - sirely not difficult! Sadly after 3rd night we started to eat elsewhere which ruins the concept of all inclusive. Drinks basic - wine undrinkable. Gin, Vodka and cocktails well below average. Cheapest of ingredients - surely fresh orange juice not an unreasonable expectation. Instead very cheap carton juice which is equitable to asda own brands - they even nicer!
There are so many other much nicer hotels in Alanya which are similar priced or even cheaper. My only advice is don't be swayed by reviews - they really don't match up!

True review

The hotel is ok, but most of the staff is not serviceminded at all. At our third day now. We cant have a second keycard, you cant get help to heat a private snack when you need something outside of meals (even though they have a microwave), they rent out the free beach beds to locals, the beach taxi is delayed or not enough space for all the guests. It’s sad, because with small adjustments this could be a really nice place.. But as it is now we won’t come back next time.

Ok hotel, but step up the service please.

The hotel room was fabulous and clean.
The night team and day team on reception where friendly and helped as much as they could even though they did not understand much English.
My main downfall for this hotel is the food it was very repetitive and when I asked for a slice of bread to make some toast in the morning the manager rehmet was quite rude in saying I could only use what was placed in the restaurant. On my first day  I also went to the restaurant for some lunch and could not find any plates as they was placed under the counter, The manager pointed me in the direction of the plates but then made a snigger and laughed with the other staff in his own language, this really made me feel uncomfortable in the hotel for food. So I ate across the road most days.  I lost money doing this as it was all inclusive. The hotel cleaners are amazing and they made my room up lovely everyday. Also the staff on my arrival making me coffee as it was quite late. Please look out for customers in the restaurant as this will bring people back. Would I stay again NO.

HONEST

Had to create an account and give an honest review after all the reviews are why I booked here! The room was tidy and the decor is nice. The food was so poor I didn’t get my moneys worth. Cereal but no milk. same salad at dinner time from lunch time . Desserts were good best part and you could fill up on them but the meals were so poor. Breakfast I stopped going and lunch I stopped going also. I only went at dinner some days and the fries were so hard! Jacket potato with no butter very dry . Of course I don’t expect English food in turkey but there’s no authentic turkey foods either tbh. Chicken was really hard which worried me it had been re cooked over and over. By the 5th day I had awful stomach and couldn’t stop going to the toilet and my body was aching and I was boiling hot. I’m usually healthy with a good immune system . No anti bac soap in bathroom which was making me panic about germs. Stingy on towel changes. Stingy on house keeping although the house keeper lady was sweet in nature ! Certain male waiter in restaurant always staring making me feel uncomfortable . I Did speak to another young girl who had been asked for her number by one of the waiters which put me on high alert! The hotel claims to give you x2 1.5litre bottles of water daily. This doesn’t happen everyday as they claim it should . The other days it was one bottle of water only. Location is good your by so many shops everything you need is right near by. Turkey version of Superdrug/boots underneath the hotel. Pharmacy over the road. A supermarket selling cleaning products etc next door then you have your usual turkey shops all within walking distance. Location is the only thing I cannot moan about but my first time in turkey and probably my last. I wouldn’t stay here again and if I’m being so real this is a 2/3 star hotel. Yes the decor is good as mentioned but everything else is so poor. Ps fitness machines 2 out of 3 don’t work and the room walls are paper thin. You can hear other people using the toilet and shower and you will never get to sleep through as people slam the doors so loud!

Honest review from a humble person!

Overall the hotel is really nice but the food does leave something to be desired. We chose this hotel solely on previous reviews that had raved about the food and it really didn’t live up. The food is not terrible but not great either, just somewhere in the middle. Drinks are great but the free cocktails are incredibly strong! 

We went in late September / early October and it should be noted that the pool area does not get sun at all at this time of year. The beach section however is fantastic and we spent most days there. 

We were lucky enough to be given a corner room on the top floor that had a wraparound private balcony which was incredible. The rooms are decorated well and the whole hotel is clean and to a very high standard. 

Overall a nice place, but manage your expectations.
