This was my first experience staying at a Turkish 4-star hotel. There were a few nuances and some unexpected moments, but what really made a difference was the wonderful and friendly staff.
Whenever I had a question or needed something, the staff were always ready to listen, help and find a solution. My advice to other guests is simple: if something is not quite right, just talk to the staff. Communication really makes a difference.
I would especially like to thank Gülay, who was always available, attentive and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She really helped make my holiday comfortable and enjoyable.
I would also like to thank the housekeeping ladies, the guys at the bar, the restaurant staff and the reception team. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Of course, every guest may have a different experience, but for me, during my stay this year, the kindness and attitude of the people working at Oba Star made a very positive impression.
Thank you to the whole team for making my holiday a good one! ❤️ There was also a great selection of fresh fruit, vegetables and fresh herbs. The food was plentiful and very good — there was always something to choose from, and no one was going to leave hungry!🌞🌞🌞
Staff extremely friendly and helpful, facilities were great. Entertainment, food. Location easy to get everywhere.
Reviews are correct. Would visit again
Everything from start to finish was great. Rooms are very clean, all staff are great. Food is as brilliant
⭐⭐☆☆☆
Ultra All Inclusive? More like Ultra Disappointing.
Unfortunately, our stay at Oba Star Hotel was far from what we expected. If you are booking this hotel because of the words “Ultra All Inclusive,” don’t expect too much.
The rooms were extremely small and not properly clean. And the housekeeping? Our room was cleaned as late as 4:00 PM. When you are on holiday, having to wait until 4 PM for your room to be cleaned is simply unacceptable.
The swimming pool was small, and the water had a brownish color. Not exactly the kind of pool you look forward to jumping into on holiday.
The food was another “highlight.” Almost the same food every single day, and the quality was terrible. The restaurant was also far too small for the number of guests.
And the Ultra All Inclusive concept? Mostly soft drinks and around five cocktails. The cocktails had so little alcohol that you could honestly wonder if there was any alcohol in them at all. 😄
The beach was probably the biggest disappointment. It was extremely rocky, with rocks covering the beach and the entrance into the sea, making swimming very uncomfortable. Definitely not a nice beach for swimming.
The one thing that actually deserves praise is the spa. The spa owner was wonderful, very kind and helpful, and the massages from the older lady were absolutely amazing. She was one of the few truly positive parts of our stay.
So, if you are looking for tiny rooms, a brownish pool, the same terrible food every day, a rocky beach and an “Ultra All Inclusive” experience where the cocktails barely contain alcohol — this might be the place for you. 😄
For us, definitely not. We would not return.
The restaurant is not large enough to cater for the amount of guests in that hotel who are all paying all inclusive prices .out of 7 days at the hotel we only ate evening meal in there twice as there was just no space we had to pay extra to eat out ,the people are rude push past you to get to the food and sit at the tables for over an hour with numerous amount of plates of food when the restaurant is only opens for evening meals 7-9 pm. Like the restaurant the pool area dose not have enough sunbeds or seating areas .people put there towels on the beds all day without using them so we spent a lot of time at the beach because of this .the food was mediocre.are room was situated next to were all the air conditioning generators are outside so was constantly noisey .are shower was constantly leaking onto the bathroom floor which was constantly soaking wet .its says there is a gym and spa the gym consists of 2 broken treadmills and 2 weight machines that were dirty and in need of maintenance which couldn’t be used as there was water leaking from somewhere in there I was told .the steam room in the spa was not in use so all they had was a sauna .this is not a 4* hotel I’d be being generous giving 2*
