Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
It's na amazing place when you can relax and have fun with others. The animation team are the best, Woody, Gino, Sam and Zoia ❤️

I would like to share my expirience about the hotel, for you guys so you know where are you going, fristly i would like to mention staf that is working here, every single of them is good is patient, very well behaved, and they are very helpful,but jacuzzi didn’t work so… but the hotel and the rooms are clean the whole hotel is. I would like to mention two frends that i made here, the first one and the best of them is Jino, he respected us every time without geting something and he will be at your service hellping 24/7. The Jino version only she is women is Zoia she was very helpful and good to us.
Hotel is a lovely place to stay; have enjoyed every minute of our stay and highlight of our visit was entertainment team big thanks to them
Overall, I would rate the hotel 6/10, but the staff definitely deserve 10/10.
Our stay was generally good, but for a 5-star hotel advertised as Ultra All Inclusive, we honestly expected more.
The biggest disappointment for us was the Ultra All Inclusive concept. In reality, it feels much more like a regular All Inclusive package. Better-quality alcohol and cocktails are not included and you have to pay extra for them. For a hotel advertised as “Ultra All Inclusive”, this is a significant downside and definitely affected our overall rating.
Another major issue for us was the beach. It is very rocky and entering the sea without proper water shoes is extremely uncomfortable. We absolutely love spending time at the beach and swimming in the sea, so this was a very important part of our holiday and unfortunately a big disappointment.
What really makes this hotel special, however, is the staff. The employees are fantastic, friendly, helpful and create a great atmosphere. They are honestly the main reason why we still have very positive memories from our stay. The staff fully deserve 5/5, and without them our overall rating of the hotel would definitely be lower.
To sum it up: staff 10/10, hotel overall 6/10. It’s a decent hotel and we had a good time, but when you advertise yourself as a 5-star Ultra All Inclusive hotel, expectations are naturally much higher.
