We booked a 7-night stay at Kleopatra Royal Hotel in Alanya. Our first impression was positive: the hotel looked nice, the staff were very friendly and hardworking, and the food was genuinely very good, with a wide choice of dishes. The children especially enjoyed the water slides. Unfortunately, the beds were a major disappointment. The mattresses were extremely hard, and the large, hard pillows made it very difficult for all three of us to sleep comfortably. This affected our ability to properly rest during the holiday. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. The bathroom, TV and mirrors were dirty when we arrived, and although the room was tidied daily, these areas were not properly cleaned. The shower cabin was another issue, with old sliding doors that were very difficult to open and close. Unfortunately, on our last day, all three of us developed a stomach bug, and my daughter and I ended up in hospital. I cannot say for certain what caused the illness, but it made the end of our holiday particularly upsetting. I want to emphasise that the staff were friendly, the food was very good, and the children loved the water slides. However, comfortable beds, proper cleanliness and a functioning bathroom are basic expectations. Sadly, these issues significantly affected our holiday, and overall, I would not choose this hotel again.
This has to be one of the worst hotels I every stayed in,, the food is so bad it not edible it’s the same thing ever day with only 4 choices on,, nothing for breakfast except from cold fried eggs and salad,, Are room was not cleaned in a week till I completed to the manager,,, there was glass in the pool,, music was so loud on night times was like the speakers were in the bed rooms,, dirty plates off food in the corridors all day and night,,, there was no entertainment for the children on days and night times so nothing for them to do,, so we had to go out of the hotel every night to eat dinner so had to spend more money when this is meant to be a all inclusive hotel,, staff were rude to customers when the complaints about this,, I would highly recommend stay away from here it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star if that
We stayed as a family of five, with children aged 17, 14 and 11. The hotel itself was absolutely fine for a cheap and cheerful family holiday, but I particularly wanted to leave a review to mention the excellent massage and spa facilities – and especially Ceylan, my massage therapist.
I had three lymphatic drainage massages during our stay and Ceylan was genuinely incredible. She was extremely knowledgeable and skilled, took the time to understand what I needed, and was also such a lovely person. It was very clear that she is highly experienced and really knows what she is doing.
I was actually surprised by just how professional the whole massage set-up was. The standard of treatment, knowledge and care was far higher than I had expected from a hotel spa, and Ceylan in particular was exceptional.
If you are staying at the hotel, I would absolutely recommend booking a massage – and if you can, ask for Ceylan. She was one of the highlights of my holiday and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.
Worst hotel when comes to food. There was loads to choose from but awful choice and food was tasteless. Breakfast consisted of Brussels sprouts, vegetables like seriously what breakfast is this!! I been many places and wow so disappointed. Lunch wasn't much better and dinner same. Always boiled chicken. I was there 10 days and only 2 of them days I had like chicken wings and chicken kebab type meat they were only days decent food. All cheap food tasteless. Then we have the drinks situation very limited when comes to alcahol. If u want cocktails then u need to get from out side hotel. Soft drinks served in a tiny plastic cup and then staff are given drinks in a bigger cup how is that right!! Then when u do get served drinks the staff make you feel like a burden for asking for a drink. No smiles or nothing miserable the staff behind the bar are. Then we have ice cream time at 4pm till 5pm. Huge que and think it's ridicules that u have to wait till then to get some ice cream should be all day thing. Then we have the entertainment part which is hardly anything. I like to get dressed up for dinner and entertainment but was no point at this hotel so didn't bother. Wasn't much going on in day and same for night had to entertain your self most of time. I definitely wouldn't recommend this holiday on the bases of the food drinks and entertainment. Also I had a bad belly from the food on the last week was there and was excited to go home to get some decent food. Honestly guys don't do this hotel ur wasting ur money. Only decent thing was the pools and hotel wasn't to bad it's self. But if u love food avoid!!
⭐ 10/10 - Brilliant Stay at Royal Palm Hotel!
We just spent 13 amazing days here with family and it was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had!
The hotel is absolutely spotless. Rooms are cleaned every day and they even provide free water daily.
Pools & Fun There are 3 pools + 1 aqua park, so you’ve got 3 different places to enjoy the water. The kids were in heaven.
Food The food is amazing with quality for both kids and adults. You have 2 main places to eat, plus a snack bar and restaurant. Everything is unlimited and always fresh.
Entertainment They host amazing shows and entertainment nearly every day. There’s also a garden with fruit trees, outdoor gym, stage, and kids play area. The kids had dance and activities every single day and never got bored.
Staff The whole staff are incredible. From reception, waiters, cleaners to security - everyone is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They make you feel like family.
Location Location is immaculate and so strategic. Right next to Kleopatra Beach, bus stand and taxi stand. Everything is walking distance. There’s a Migros supermarket just 2 mins walk away. Plus you get a beautiful panoramic view all around the hotel.
Other bits Massive lobby area to relax, very clean, and everything feels safe and friendly, the lobby has free wifi
