This review is a bit long but for those who may want to know a bit more detail about the Kleopatra Ramira Hotel.
The communication with the hotel before we arrived seemed to be ok but none of the requests we made were fulfilled. The pickup driver didn't have 2 booster seats for the children and there were no seatbelts. We didn't get a children's cot in the room but we managed. Also our 2 rooms were far apart, though we asked for rooms close to one another. The staff in the chat said that these things would not be a problem and told me not to worry. Well, seems they promise easily but do not follow through to see that things are done.
When we arrived at night the receptionist couldn't find the reservation for our second room. I don't know why, eventually he found it. Anyway, our first impression with the pickup and reception was not great. 
The rooms are clean and quite spacious. You can hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms, especially in the bathroom. It's like the neighboring guests are in the same room with you.
The beds are firm, which suited me fine but my wife found it too hard. The airconditioner is noisy and the fan does not turn off when the desired temperature is reached so we needed to switch it on/off during the night.
Breakfast is basic, lunch and dinner are ok, if somewhat bland. There is a large selection of vegetables and salads, and there is some variety in the hot dishes during the days. The eggs were always overcooked, the pancakes are often burned. Most of the fruits are bad quality and not ripe or sweet. Better go to a market and buy quality fruits.
We expected somewhat better food for a 4 star hotel, especially the fruits were a let-down.
The staff are friendly, if somewhat indifferent. If you engage them in conversation, many of them light up and are more than willing to talk with you. We fell in love with our waitor Ahmet and the staff in the spa are also very friendly as well as our cleaning lady and the janitor. Some of the staff in the reception are very good and helpful, others not so much. When the receptionist cannot give any suggestions for any excursions and the info board behind is full of adverts for just that, it's just not good enough. Several other requests were also not answered in any useful way by the same person. In the end, I avoided asking that person anything and just waited until the shift changed so I could ask someone else.
There are 2 swimming pools (one with a slide) + a small baby pool. The pools are clean and inviting.
There is a Mini-club for the children but it's just an empty room where they can play cards and do some group activites. No toys at all.
The bar is super-basic and disappointing. The soft drinks are watered down lemon, orange and cola sodas and the selection of wine are 1 white, 1 red and 1 rose. All tasted like horsep...
The included beer is ok. The included coctails are not tasty. They claim to make about a half dozen famous drinks but what they make is far from what it should be. Quantity over quality, I guess. They also provide some branded alcohol for extra payment.

Departure: The driver came when requested and was very helpful and informative during our ride to the airport. Unfortunately he had no booster seats for the children, even though we requested it at the reception and got a clear answer that he would have it and not to worry. Which seems to be the standard phrase, but they do nothing to ensure that their promise is kept. I don't see us returning.

Ok but not a 4 star hotel

The Hotel is average to say the least Our Room was clean and tidy.The Aircon is badly sited meaning that you are unable to sleep unless you turn it off as it is very noisy.The Hotel clientele are 99% Russians and Eastern Europeans,and this is reflected in the Vile Garbage served up for Lunch and Dinner,everything was swimming in Oil and Grease.You won't find any Steak,Pork,Beef, Lamb etc in this restaurant.It is mainly vegetables that have been boiled to Death and then drowned in Oil.The Restaurant Area is far too small resulting in Long Ques for the so called Food.Tge Town itself is very badly run down It is Filthy and impoverished.If you are allergic to Cats avoid this Hotel as they have a comfy of Felines here that roam around the Hotel at will,most of these Cats look like they are carrying Diseases.Hotel allows scanners to try and make you have a Tattoo at a ridiculous prices Food here is if such poor quality that I am forced to eat out to get any decent Food.I was forced to spend 10 Days in this situation My advice to people coming from the UK is to look for another Hotel that has a better standard of Food.Do not take a Room near either if the Pools as you will be constantly disturbed by Screaming Children.Dont even bother to try and get it a Sun Lounger as the Russians get up at 06:00 in the Morning to secure them If i could have come Home early i would have done.I cannot think of anything good about this Hotel,only that I will never be coming here again.I would also add that some of the Male Staff appear to be Intoxicated while on Duty.If you need a Taxi don’t book it at the Hotel reception as they will put an extra few Dollars or Euros on the price to be split with them and the Driver.Far better if you use the Local Taxi Ra k located across from the Hotel.We nearly missed our Flight thanks to the ineptitude of the Driver that the Hotel booked for us.I ended up using the Local Taxi Service.In the Local Resteraunts it is common knowledge about the awful food at the Hotel.And I personally met Other English couples who were also forced to eat out owing to the crap food being served up at our Hotel.And if you are allergic to to Cats avoid staying here..

Go Elsewhere

For starters, most of the hotel staff don't speak English. Moreover, they're not helpful and not particularly polite (unless they carry your bags to the room and expect a tip).

Rooms would be good if they weren't so small. However, there was a problem with electric fuses in my room and I had to run back and forth between reception and the room, to the visible dissatisfaction of the staff member who seemed to blame it on me (he was expressing his discontent in Turkish, even though I told him I don't understand it). 

I specifically booked this hotel as it advertises as having a gym. It is technically there but I wouldn't book the hotel if I saw a gym beforehand. It is a small room with two benches, some cardio equipment and a few dumbbells. I was disappointed but able to do a simple workout. 

When it comes to food, diners and suppers were OK. However, breakfast were barely edible with a slim variety and many flavourless dishes.

The walking distance to the beach is around 20 minutes. There buses in the morning and in the evening, and no buses in the afternoon. The beach itself is not bad, the sand is neither soft or hard, but my feet didn't hurt when I was walking on it. There also occasional rocks in the water, so be careful. The water is very warm, but its saltiness combined with vicious waves make the experience rather unpleasant. The worst thing about the beach are the prices of food and drink. Although you get a free sunbed you're not allowed to bring any food or drink with you. The local bar charges people €11 for a cocktail and €6 for a beer which is a joke. Even in a decent restaurant you get them cheaper. I was walking to a local store (€10) from the beach and enjoyed whatever I wanted for a fraction of a price. The beach manager only treats well those who buy staff from him (like most of them).

In general, it was one of my worst holidays ever. I would rate it no higher than 3/5. The beautiful weather, nice food at restaurants and stray animals saved the day.

Wouldn't go there again, not 4 stars

Horrendous!! Book elsewhere. We booked all inclusive for 4 nights and it was terrible from the moment we stepped into our room at 4.30am!! Bedding was dirty, floor was full of hair, shower had previous guests scum all over the screens and hair in the base of the shower, sink had toothpaste scum all over it in clumps, faeces all over bottom of toilet seat and urine stains all over top of seat, drinking cup in our room had mould growing in the bottom of them, curtains aren’t fit for purpose, reception staff extremely unhelpful. I went straight to reception after seeing the state of the room to be told house keeping will sort tomorrow. I asked for bedding so I could change the sheets myself and he said no. I ended up sleeping on a beech towel I bought from home. House keeping came the next day and “cleaned” the room whilst we were out. All they had done was changed the beds and made swans out of the blankets. I found a bottle of cleaning solution on the trolley in the hallway and some towels, took them and cleaned the room myself. Pillows are not fit for purpose and as someone with a spinal cord injury with zero feeing to lover half, the fact I could feel the springs whilst sat on the bed says how bad they are!! Zero entertainment, pool nice and clean, zero to do for children, food was completely inedible. Poor choice of hot food and everything swimming in oil and barely lukewarm. Desserts were swimming in oil and all had the same awful taste to them. Fruit (see pic) We ended up eating out for every meal, spending a fortune when we had already paid for food in with holiday. Table cloths filthy, not changed inbetween guests sitting. All in all very disappointing and would not return even if the holiday was free
