A few days ago I was on vacation in Turkey in this hotel. I have to admit that I was a little bit worried because of the reviews. I was very glad that we finally chose this hotel. The holiday was wonderful thanks to them. The staff is very nice, they always helped with what I needed. The hotel is very clean, the ladies always came to clean. The staff at the reception is also very nice and helpful. The food was great, you really had a lot to choose from, even though it was more or less the same for the last 6,7 days. The taste is always sour, but I would vary it more. The only thing that surprised  me in negative  was that the hotel did not have free Wi-Fi and we paid for it not per room, but each of the rooms had to pay if they wanted to use it. Thank you for everything, and thanks to that hotel, we had a perfect vacation.

Nice experience

The stay at Kleopatra Micador was a very pleasant expierience. The staff was polite and always helpfull. 
The hotel is decorated in a luxurious way. Everything was very clean both in the rooms and the rest of the building, especially bathrooms. Water in the swimming pool cristal clean and the surroundings and the garden furniture in a good condition too. Some friendly cats visited during meals but they weren't annoying or bad behaving. Food in the restaurant was very good, each day was something else to choose from, of course meat options but vegetable as well, fresh fruit with almost every meal. Localisation of the hotel is amazing. It's located almost in the center of the city, 10-15 minutes walk to the sandy beach, a little more to the traffik to the mountain. The city is living so you can't get bored here. Air conditioning in the room works very well, also the pilot is easy to use. The only thing that is worth mentioning is the fact that you must pay to use the wi-fi but the internet which is provided is quite fast and reliable and in my opinion it's worth its price.
In summary Kleopatra Micador is a great place to stay in Alanya.

Nice hotel in the center of Alanya

We had a perfect stay at the Micador hotel. 
After needing to leave a horrendous hotel in side and booking a new hotel on the same day, from the moment we arrived the receptionist was so helpful. She gave us all our information, met our request for rooms close to each other and looked after our cases so we could catch the last of lunch! 
The rooms were spotlessly clean (we made a literal last minute booking) and the cleaners came in everyday and clean the rooms to perfection. 
Deniz, Orhan and all of the bar and restaurant staff made us feel so welcome. They couldn’t do enough to make sure you were served, took all the plates etc away and always made sure we were happy. Deniz and Orhan were always smiling and made us laugh everyday!
The reception manager was beyond helpful. She helped us organise trips, was always full of knowledge and advice and always on hand to help. 
She arranged a cake and a lovely restaurant for my son’s 18 birthday (which she approached us about after seeing it was his birthday on his passport) and made a special day truly amazing.
I cannot fault the hotel, after an horrendous start to our holiday in a horrible hotel, Micador helped us have an amazing time.

Perfect stay at Micador

Worst hotel ever, the only good was a kind front desk manager. Food is disgusting, beds Are hard and no neglisjert arter 18.00 o clock. I will never never reccomend for anyone. The posistion of the hotel is ok, not far away from beach. But not worth it

I wanted to stay there 10 days but the food and the beds was so bad that i had to leave after 5 days. Not worth a dollar

Very clean hotel, staff friendly, small pool but ok.
Food was not bad always found something that we all liked. 3 meals a day with cake and coffee at 4 pm but no other snacks at all. 
The bar opens at 10am closes at 10 pm and not lively. Choice of drinks on all inclusive were very limited which is disappointing but option to buy other drinks at 6 euros each. 
The rooms were immaculate with option of daily cleaning.
Alanya has lots to see and do with many excursions to choose from at varying extra costs.
Town center with its many shops was only £5 in a taxi inc tip.
The beach was only 200-300 meters away.
Overall we came at a quieter time for a relaxing break and was happy. If you are looking for a lively place to visit then its a no and not for young children as not really anything at the hotel to occupy them just one very small paddling pool. The airport was 1.5 to 2 hrs away.
Overall lovely hotel with great staff but not rally for me. With all that said it was only £800 for 2 and love holidays were fantastic

Located a very short distance from Alanya's famous Cleopatra's Beach, the hotel is also within easy access to the resort centre and pretty harbour area.
