We’ve not long been back from a weeks holiday at this hotel. The hotel is clean and well maintained. There are 2 pools one smaller children’s pool and a larger pool to the front that offers entertainment (towel wars start about 5am 😩) our room looked beautifully clean but on closer look the door to the balcony didn’t close, the toilet leaked water from the bottom everywhere and our air con in our children’s room didn’t work. We had a man come twice to check but told us “it’s new, it’s working fine” it just blew out hot air meaning we all took turn to sleep in the room with air con. We went all inc and although the food was abundant it was very predominantly catered for Polish people which wasn't a bad thing it was lovely to try new foods but after a few days we had to go out for food to try something different as me children wouldn’t eat it. The staff were lovely and helpful. Oba is a little way out but lovely to walk around on an evening. Lots of little shops and restaurants (Melani being a fave) that are all close by.
Title: Hotel review
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our holiday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was spotless, and we were impressed by how often everything was cleaned and maintained.
The food was excellent, with plenty of choice, and overall we were very happy with the quality of the service and facilities. We would definitely consider coming back.
The only small point I would mention is that one of the bartenders sometimes did not serve guests strictly in the order they arrived and occasionally made comments to guests in the local language. It did not spoil our stay, but a more consistent and fair approach to serving guests would make the experience even better.
Overall, a lovely hotel and a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended! ❤️
Whole family really enjoyed this 2weeks, food was excellent and The food was varied throughout our entire holiday: special thanks to hotel and beach service.
The hotel is great, but the restaurant holds a special place in my heart. The team works seamlessly together, and the cuisine is amazing for both adults and children. It is the work of the kitchen staff, led by the head chef, that makes me want to come back here again. Thank you so much for you work! With best wishes!
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend it!!!
