We are very happy, with our stay. We were 29 people, who all had different wants and needs, they all got met. From entertainment, by the pool, like a soap party, dance numbers, bingo, water polo and so on. To food in the restaurants, with a large buffet with different food, and desserts.
Everything was great, the staff was kind, especially Violeta from reception and the beach is beautiful
It was a very nice hotel with very kind staff. Would recommend this place everyday.
Possibly the most awful hotel I’ve seen very stayed at this hotel is definitely not 5*
Booked kaila beach hotel last year as the hotel looked amazing and all the reviews were great, arrived at kaila beach 8th July 2026 booked a double standard room and we was given a room that what literally no bigger than a storage cupboard, no air conditioning, WiFi didn’t reach that room, balcony facing a wall, had to pay a extra £200 for a better room. All inclusive food is of a poor standard wouldn’t feed it my dog, we had to eat out every night as the food was that bad, same for there al la carte restaurant on site which is a shambles, only a selected amount of drinks available poorly made, children’s ice creams only available 2 hours a day which is unacceptable as a family hotel. If English I would avoid as everyone is very rude to you. Location is very poor as nothing around to do out of hotel other than run down buildings only thing to do is go in the pool. Kids club you have to pay for all the activities and we went to pick our child up and there was no one supervising the children, wouldn’t say it’s a 5 star hotel as everything about it is terrible. Not the cleanest as we was there a week and the cleaners never changed our bedding or towels once only emptied bins and left water.
