Excellent service very helpful and supportly team especially at the guest relation Özlem lady.Always briallant and fresh food you can get here restaurants and snack bars as well.Always very clean,nett and nice smell waiting you.Perfect place for holiday very recommended for everyone i’ll gonna come next time as well.
Family holiday
Lovely clean place, friendly staff and food amazing. Shuttle bus was great, entertainment was also amazing and staff friendly. Only issue was paying for the internet as this for a family of 6 was expensive having to pay 15 euro each.
Amazing - family friendly visit
The location was beautiful, the scenery is amazing, including palm trees. The entertainment only adds to the atmosphere, bringing great value for money. Service is spectacular, they clean your room every day you want them to, showing the cleanliness of the hotel is immaculate. The noise can get very loud at night time during the entertainment, which may be sensitive for young kids. Overall, tje whole package makes the hotel perfect for a family trip.
