Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I recently stayed at Grand Alisa Hotel and had a really good experience overall. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. The food was great with plenty of options, and everything tasted fresh. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.
Overall, I’d rate my stay 9 out of 10 and would definitely consider coming back again.

This was my third trip to Alanya, and I am very happy with my stay at this hotel.
The hotel has a perfect location, very close to the beach and Alanyum Shopping Mall. It is also only about a 20-minute walk to the Alanya Bazaar.
The hotel is quiet and perfect for families or anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the food is good with a decent variety.
The animation team was amazing. They were always friendly, active, and took the time to walk around and talk to the guests, creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. The reception staff were also extremely helpful and assisted us with everything we needed.
The pool area is beautiful and surrounded by greenery, making the hotel feel peaceful and relaxing.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Alanya.
We truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for. The location was excellent, and the room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed having a lovely balcony to relax on. We did have a small issue with our safe during our stay, but it was resolved very quickly thanks to the helpful technical support team member, who was professional and attentive. The food at the hotel was also very good, with plenty of choice and something to enjoy throughout our stay. We would also like to give a special thank you to the entire entertainment team. They were always friendly, energetic, and genuinely interested in the guests. They took the time to walk around, chat with people, and make everyone feel included, creating such a warm, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere. This was our third time visiting Alanya, and without a doubt, this stay gave us an unforgettable experience. We could truly feel the quality, care, and effort that the whole team puts into making their guests happy. Every little detail made a difference, and we sincerely appreciate all the hard work and dedication of everyone at the hotel. As we were leaving, there was only one thought on our minds: When can we come back again? A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so special and memorable. We will leave with wonderful memories and, hopefully, return again very soon.
This is going to be long so I'll start at the beginning. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were given our wristbands and room key. We were only given one key between 3 of us which activated the electricity and air con in the room. One key card between 3 people was a pain but not insurmountable and we managed. The rooms were very dated and not very well maintained but they were clean. The shower was tempermental and there was black mold in there. There was a broken chair on the very small balcony and the molding around the light switches was also broken but they still worked. The cleaning lady we had on our floor was amazing. She was kind and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. She was also the nicest person we met during our entire stay. The reception staff were uninterested and seemed put out if you needed anything. The hotel manager was pushy and was constantly trying to push trips and activities that could only been booked through him and only with cash, meaning there was no protection if something was not right. He told us that anything booked outside of him was not guaranteed and they would likely not turn up. My mum was pressured into booking a trip through him and the van that picked us up was old and grimy and the seat belt was broken. The food at the hotel was terrible. Flies on everything and it was generally cold/inedible. We all got ill through lack of food and when we did eat (because we were starving) we would all have a bad stomach afterwards. Luckily there was a nice beach bar down the road that did good food where we mostly ate but this was an expense that we didn't expect as we assumed we'd be eating at the hotel which we had already paid for. The pool was small and the 2 (very small slides) were only open from 2-4 each day. We did not use the pool at all as it did not look very clean. The man running the small shop on site was nice and we enjoyed talking to him. All in all it was not an enjoyable experience. The hotel felt like a run down hostel and the staff were mostly uninterested/pushy/scammy, with the exception of the cleaner and the man in the onsite shop. The best part of this holiday was coming home. We paid to have an earlier private transfer from the hotel and hanging around Antalya airport for hours was preferable to staying any longer than needed at the hotel.
