This hotel is located across the road from Cleopatra beach and public transportation is a minute's walk away. There are shops, bars and restaurants nearby, and the nearest nightclub is also within walking distance, at Alanya harbour. The hotel is just steps away from the city's numerous attractions such as Alanya Castle, Alanya Dockyard and Arsenal, the Red Tower, Alanya Archaeological Museum and Damlatas Cave. Wİ-fi (internet) is for Halfboard Guests Extra and for All inclusive Guests free of charge.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Only good thing about this hotel is the location isn’t the worst other than that it’s one of the worst experiences I ever had and I fly out 2-3 times a year, I would never recommend this hotel to anybody stay as far away from it as possible, the food is awful and the same every day for example the spaghetti bolognese is just plain noodles with a bit of tomato in it no flavour at all same with every other piece of food, we spoke with other guests too everybody saying same thing, they expect you to pay for everything including simple juice and water with food everything way overpriced too, they tried charging us 54€ for literally 6-7 pieces of clothing which came back stained also, staff is quite rude aswell apart from the reception and cleaners, hotels beside having shows and bands playing every night meanwhile no life whatsoever in our hotel either, worst hotel experience of my life won’t ever come back again stay away as far as possible
A nice, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The food is varied and delicious. It is close to the beach, bazaars, and attractions. We will definitely be back.
The hotel is in a very good location, the beach is right across the road. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Peaceful hotel. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel was clean. Everyone at the reception was welcoming and helpful. The food was varied, tasty and fresh. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
Location was brilliant everything is walking distance from beach shops caves cablecars , atmosphere was amazing relaxing, room had everything to hand cleaned every day, we went all inclusive different meals every day from breakfast lunch and dinner restaurant staff very attentive to details cleaned tables getting your drinks, hotel was very clean all the toilet all very clean, Restful stay , the service at the hotel was very good bell boy to help with suitcases check in was hassle free restaurant staff amazing bar staff very attentive to your needs . We are booking again for a longer stay 😊
