CLUB BIG BLUE SUITE HOTEL / ALANYA / TURKEY - since 2004 - 4 * HOTEL HAS SAVE2STAY CERTIFICATE In Alanya, the pearl of the Mediterranean, the 4-star Club Big Blue Suite is located on a total area of 5000 m2, to bring your holiday expectations together with traditional Turkish hospitality. Our hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to all amenities and attractions, such as the historical castle of Alanya, the famous beaches (Kleopatra beach, Damlataş beach), shopping centers, restaurants and all other facilities, which can be reached on foot . In the year of 2004 our hotel welcomed its first guests. In the winter season of 2017,2018 and 2020 our hotel was renovated, to the wishes and needs of our guests. Our hotel has a total of 127 rooms, divided into 14 standard rooms (max 2 + 1 pax - 20m2), 32 Superior standard rooms (max 2 + 0 pax - 19m2) 7 Eco standard rooms with no balcony (max 2 + 0 pax - 18m2) 70 family Suite rooms (max 3 + 2 pax - 29 m2), 3 family Deluxe suites (max 3 + 2 pax - 33m2) and 1 hot tub Suite (max 2 + 1 pax, 34m2). All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi (free), minibar, safe (for a fee, split air conditioning, kettle, hair dryer, TV (LCD), large balcony (view: the city, part of the castle and garden view and the swimming pool). In our 3 separate pools (main pool, aqua pool and children's pool) you will have lots of fun with your family. To ensure that our little guests spend more time in the children's pool, this pool was covered and is therefore protected from the sun. There are 2 water slides in our aqua pool. The food is served in an all-inclusive concept and in our buffets, the tastes of Turkish and international cuisine, fresh fruit and fresh Mediterranean vegetables from our professional chefs are presented. In our hotel we have 2 bars (Lobby Lounge and pool bar). The drinks offered in our bars and restaurants, such as Coca-Cola and Efes, and the food, are products of well-known brands with quality.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to thank the entire team for their professionalism, hospitality and hard work.
❤️ What I loved
🍽️ Food The food was absolutely delicious. There was such a great variety that you definitely won’t leave the restaurant hungry — quite the opposite, you will probably leave completely full because everything was so tasty!
I especially loved that there was a separate food area for children, where they could come and choose their own food. It was such a nice and thoughtful detail.
And the ice cream was amazing! There were different kinds of ice cream, and it was genuinely delicious. I think the children especially loved it.
🧸 Reception & children I also really liked the reception and the attention to detail there. I thought it was incredibly cute that there was a special children’s check-in area, with a little step where children could stand and check in themselves.
It was such a small but lovely idea, and it made the experience feel special and welcoming for children.
🧹 Cleanliness & service The cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good. The rooms were cleaned well, the common areas were tidy, and overall the hotel felt clean and well maintained.
The service was friendly and attentive, and I really appreciated the work of the staff.
💆♀️ SPA team A special thank you to Kenan and Murat from the SPA for their kindness, professionalism and excellent service. Thank you both for making my SPA experience so pleasant and relaxing.
I would also like to thank Piran, Ynan, Suleiman and Ali for their hard work, kindness and professional attitude.

I was genuinely impressed by how organised he was and by the way he coordinated and managed the work. It was clear that he knew exactly what needed to be done and how to organise the team efficiently.
I really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail and the way he kept everything running smoothly. This kind of organisation makes a big difference to the overall experience of guests.

⚠️ What could be improved
🚿 Shower cabins The shower cabins are quite low. I am 182 cm tall, and unfortunately I kept hitting my head while taking a shower.
I think taller guests may have the same problem, so it would be worth looking into whether this could be improved.
🚨 Personal boundaries I would also like to mention one specific situation concerning Ahmet Nalcin (or Yalcin — I am not completely sure of the spelling of his surname).
I believe he should receive additional training regarding professional boundaries when interacting with female guests.
Friendly jokes and communication are absolutely welcome when they are respectful and appropriate, but touching a guest without her permission is not acceptable.
I would therefore strongly recommend reminding staff that personal space must always be respected and that hands should be kept to themselves unless physical contact is clearly invited by the guest.

Apart from this particular situation, I had a very positive experience with the hotel and truly appreciated the professionalism of the rest of the team.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my holiday enjoyable. I will remember the hotel for its delicious food, cleanliness, good service and, most importantly, the wonderful people who work there.
Fantastic stay in Room 115. Small issues with the room, but it got fixed quickly and with a smile 😃 The staff was very friendly and happy, and it genuinely seems like a great workplace. The hotel is super clean. The food was good, and I love the fact that they make an effort of stopping the food waste often seen on All Exclusive Hotels. The room was kind of small compared to what we are used to, but cosy and clean. We would not hesitate to visit again.
I love the hotel, the people is perfekt. Only Good Vibes and very good service. Good food and if you ask about something they help you fast<3 i love humus and sabahattin

Very good place , very nice place ,enjoyable family place / holiday environment .The Staff are so warm and friendly .We enjoyed the night where the Staff joined the evening party let us feel the community unity .The Hotel ensures the cleanliness of every unit , rooms , bathroom and always well stuffed toiletries Hotel ensures everyone safety .Special mention to Sebastian with a very warm , charming , friendly , compassionate personality .always there to help and very approachable And to the bar tender ( 2 Male Staff, sorry forgotten your names ) thank you , as of course we enjoyed a lot your cocktails drink. We enjoyed the food varieties that your amazed us everyday . Thank you we even celebrated my husbands birthday with a very nice greetings / well wishes with extra gift.Thank you very much . Though we did not have a chance to experience the hotel , spa , massage , wellness service , but of course we enjoyed the pool ambience ., enjoyed the relaxing sun bathing and swimming with family friendly ambience , Though we are 10 to 15 minutes walk away from the beach , we also enjoyed that , we have a chance to walk around the neighbourhood explore walking around before reaching the amazing beach . The other tourist spot / places , they made it accessible with arranged transport and tourist Guide / people .Thank you . About the WIFI service I thought we can access the speed service/ internet , it was poor connection this time ,may be only this time we had poor connection I am not sure what happened then ( maybe this thing can look out for improvement ? ) The location from airport , we did not realised it wil take more than 2 hours ( traffic considered ) Good thing we gave ourselves enough time prepared for our flights timing . But over all , it was a great holiday experience with Big Blue suite club Hotel . Thank you very much .
