Avena Resort and Spa Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent, close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

While the hotel itself might not have that immediate "wow" factor in terms of design, it more than makes up for it where it truly counts. The biggest highlight is the warm, genuinely attentive staff who go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. The property is exceptionally clean, with staff constantly maintaining every area. The food is absolutely delicious, and the Turkish Night was an absolute hit! The location is also a big plus: a short walk gets you to the beach, and there is a shopping mall about 1 km away, making for an easy stroll. Fantastic atmosphere, top-notch cleanliness, and wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended!

We’ve just returned from our vacation — we spent 10 days at the Avena Resort & SPA hotel and never regretted choosing this place.

First of all, I’d like to highlight the staff — they’re absolutely amazing! The employees speak multiple languages, so no matter which country you come from, they’ll understand you, help you, and resolve any issue.

I’d also like to give a special shout‑out to the animators — Lukan, Lorena, and Zevs. They have a great way of interacting with tourists: we found lots of topics to talk about and took part in all the activities together — aqua aerobics, water polo, darts, and many others.

Secondly, we really loved the buffet. Over the 10 days, we couldn’t even try everything, even though we attended every breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each day the menu was dedicated to a different country’s cuisine, so every guest could find something they liked — from sushi to borscht.

Thirdly, the hotel’s grounds impressed us: the slides, pool, bar, and stage. Most importantly, everything is kept clean and looks very nice. There’s a snack bar on the beach with food and drinks — it’s so convenient because you don’t have to go back to the hotel to grab a bite or a drink.

I also want to especially mention the kids’ animation and the evening shows. During our 10‑day stay, there wasn’t a single repeat performance — every day brought something new and interesting.

I’d like to say a few words about Yasin — he’s a wonderful person! He hosts shows in 4–5 languages and makes incredibly tasty hookahs. We got to try four different flavors, and each one was really good.

And, of course, a huge thank you for the beach party (disco)! The animation team offered us the chance to go there for a small additional fee, and it turned out to be the best show during our entire stay. It’s especially great that you can bring children to the disco — there are activities for both kids and adults (including animation). The atmosphere was fantastic: great music, talented DJs, and much more.

I have to say, I’d love to come back to this hotel again and would gladly recommend it to my friends.
