Nestled in the heart of Puerto De Santiago, this is an ideal spot from which to discover Tenerife. The hotel is 10 minutes from the impressive Los Gigantes cliffs. The hotel is ideal for families, offering marvellous views over the Atlantic Ocean and the Island of La Gomera. The excellent climate the island enjoys year-round has turned this into an extremely popular destination with holidaymakers.
We enjoyed our family holiday to this hotel especially at the landi town. The facility is great and mafer is very friendly and includes everyone and especially the children in all the activities.
This place is perfect. We booked the landi upgrade and 100% recommend it. We had a room in Block C next to the quieter pool & baby pool which was ideal for access with our 2 year old. We never struggled for sunbeds at anytime.
Food and drinks to high standards. As we were landi we had unlimited use of the Italian and steak restaurants.
We walked into the main part which was fine going downhill and opted for a taxi back up the hill which never cost more than €5. Nice for a wee change of scene.
We booked the hotel transfer for €12 each and ended up with a private transfer both times.
We visited jungle park which was €45 in a taxi.
We had access to the babyclub which our wee one loved. As we were on our honeymoon this meant some time to ourselves. We used this to our advantage and booked a massage which was amazing!
All staff are lovely, a really perfect break. Would definitely return. Thank you all!
The hotel is amazing, and catered for the whole family's needs. The food was fantastic, and there's so much to do (pools, splash park, play area, sports). Our children especially loved the mini-disco and Landi Club, and the whole animation team are a real credit to the hotel. A special thank you to Sofia who went above and beyond with our daughter, and made her time even more special - she's made a true friend!
We had a wonderful holiday at Hotel Landmar Costa los Gigantes. Seven adults across three separate bookings and everything was absolutely spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the food was great and so were the cocktails. A big thank you to the team for looking after us, and special thanks to Hannah in reception who was fantastic.
The only small disappointment was with a birthday cake we had ordered for my sister at the à la carte Italian restaurant. We paid extra and at first were brought a small cupcake with a candle, but once we mentioned it the staff quickly brought the correct cake and wished her a happy birthday. Apart from that moment we had a fantastic stay and we would happily return and recommend this hotel to family and friends.
I'm actually here at the moment, the room is lovely, beds comfy, very clean, but today when I came back to my room when my cleaner was here they had definitely been smoking in my bathroom, as a non smoker it's something I would notice straight away, it was very strong, I haven't complained as I don't want the lady to potentially loose her job, I was given clean towels today (supposed to be) and they were stained with something pink and sticky, also the food is never hot just about warm. Pools are great, sadly won't be returning.
