Having fabulous views over the Atlantic Ocean, this family-friendly hotel is situated close to a volcanic beach with black sand on the picturesque coast of Santiago del Teide, Tenerife. The closest airport is about 30 minutes away by car. Guests will not have enough time to enjoy everything the property has to offer. The outdoor pool area is the best option where to spend the day resting on a sunbed sunbathing or having a refreshing swim. For the active ones, there are plenty of activities to rise the heart rate. The complex offers delightful local and international meals that will certainly pleas all types of tastes. Guests can visit the bar to have a couple of drinks. The rooms have been decorated with light colours creating an elegant and minimalist style. They have cosy beds and are perfectly equipped to please each guest’s need and make them have the best and most unforgettable stay.

Much needed family holiday in the sun
We had a great family holiday here and would highly recommend the hotel one of the best all inclusive hotels we have stayed at. Staff where all froendly and welcoming from start to finish and always happy to help. The hotel and outside areas where always very clean and tidy all through our stay.
There was a good choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We tended to eat at the arena snack bar for lunch due to it being close to the pool. Served mainly pizza which is amazing, burgers, chips and nuggets. If you want more choice for lunch the buffet is best. Buffet for lunch and dinner had a wide range of dishes along with lots of fresh salad every day. Menu does change from day to day, with different specials every day.
We did not go to any evening entertainment but in the end wish we had as it looked good. While we were there the queen tribute act played by the pool which was an experience.
We took part in quite a few pool side activities, which were good fun. The pool side entertainment team were fantastic and really worked hard to insure people were enjoing themselves.
We only used one of the two main pools and found it easy to get a sun bed each day, as the pools are not opened untill 10 so no early morning rush. The day we were a little later down we still found some close to the pool.
A vist to siam parks well worth it only a 30 min taxi drive as we booked tickets before we went. There is also access to the beach across the road from the hotel which is worth a visit.
All in all great holiday made better by the great staff and lovely hotel.

Incredible holiday from start to finish - lots of love and respect for the entertainment team. Massive shout out to Andrea, Irene, Manu and Anton, they put so much effort into their job and all of them made us feel so welcome and included from the games in the hotel to the nights out/festivities last week. Best advice is to get involved in all the different activities around the pool and the food/drink demonstrations. Another shout out to Patricia behind the bar who was super attentive and remembered our regular order at the night show.
If anyone is looking to eat outside of the hotel for a night we got recommended an Italian restaurant called Sargo which done an amazing ragu pasta.

Amazing holiday 5 stars for the full entertainment team, Irene Andrea Anton and Manu went above and beyond for all activities making sure everyone one was involved and got to know each other. Going on nights out, food recommendations and diplomas at night. Only issue was not getting picked for mr hotel
First Impressions Matter – And They Were Perfect!
We arrived at the hotel late in the evening after our flights were delayed, so we were tired and just hoping for a smooth check-in. Thankfully, we were welcomed by Naira, who immediately turned what had been a stressful day into a lovely start to our stay.
From the moment we arrived, Naira was incredibly warm, friendly, engaging, and had a fantastic sense of humour. She checked my partner Michael and me in quickly and efficiently, while taking the time to explain all of the benefits included with our Platinum upgrade. Nothing felt rushed, and she made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
When we got to our room, it was absolutely spotless, and we were delighted to find a selection of thoughtful gifts waiting for us. It was such a lovely surprise and really set the tone for what we hope will be an amazing stay.
This is only our first night, but thanks to Naira, our holiday is already off to the best possible start. She is a real credit to the hotel, and her exceptional customer service deserves to be recognised.
