This beautiful hotel is situated overlooking the Atlantic Ocean close to the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes, in Santiago Del Teide. The Teide National Park can be reached within a short drive and the airport is about 35 minutes’ drive. The beach is just a few steps away, the city centre and numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are within walking distance. It features outdoor swimming pools, one children's pool and a variety of sports facilities. Guests can enjoy a delicious meal in the onsite restaurant. The rooms are decorated with light colours and are well equipped with all the essential amenities needed to have a comfortable holiday.

Fun 10 days
I loved this place! this is one of the most amazing places I’ve ever been in Tenerife. the animation team were so nice and friendly and even the rooms were clean. I loved this holiday. I spent 10 days there I could have stayed longer!! especially the entertainment during the day. games, dancing and music. the afternoon entertainment was amazing it included, bingo, raffle, music shows, dancing shows, and lots more i especially loved the people there, Dominic and Bart they were amazing! it was an amazing experience and I would definitely go back. I recommend this place for a few weeks / days if you need a nice break from kids when they go to kids club! the general noise level was amazing until it got to about entertainment time they were abit loud and you probably have to be a deep sleeper to sleep before 8:00! The stay was definitely worth it, the views were amazing and beautiful the price was definitely worth it. Definitely would go again the location was beautiful
Entertainment team outstanding
We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The food was amazing, our room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
The biggest mention has to go to Davide and the entire entertainment team. They are an incredible group of people who worked tirelessly to get everyone involved and made every day and evening so much fun. Their energy, enthusiasm, and friendliness really made our holiday special.
A huge thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back.
And finally… DON’T BE LAZY, BE CRAZY! 🎉
Lovely family holiday hotel
We had a lovely stay here with the family (2 adults and 2 children 9&6) The hotel was lovely and we enjoyed the 2 pools on offer and went between them some days. We mostly used the larger pool with the daytime entertainment team (who made the holiday fab!) My partner took part in all the daytime games, as did my eldest with most of the time. The staff were great and super friendly. The bar staff work so hard and always polite. My only thing would be the drinks token idea, which is fine, but the wait to get a drink from the main pool bar is often so long as it’s a busier pool and only one staff. It’s sometime easier to walk around to the quieter pool bar and be back before the que (same at night when it’s the evening bar with a long que). Lots of people take their own plastic cups/water bottles that staff will fill up for you instead of the given cup. The food is good and there’s a a good choice of great fruit and salad all the time and different themed food most nights. The daytime snack bar is amazing that you have toasties, burgers, hotdogs, chips and also some salad and fruit and ice creams all day too. There is enough to do in the area to potter around and some shops and restaurants close by and a really short taxi to Los Gigantes. We did a whale and dolphin tour which is very popular and amazing to see them. Theres a tiny beach there and more shops etc to potter around. It is a great hotel for families and would definitely recommend to others. The entertainment staff made it for us and we will go home with the dance routines and songs stuck in our head for a long time to come!!
Shocking
Far from a 3 star!! Food shocking, no towels, sun bed wars, standard cocktails you need to pay for on an AI.. no water bottles! Get given a token for a plastic glass for you drinks so can only get 1. Pool bar omfg only 1 fella serving so you can imagine how long the wait is! Had to wait 2 hours for a room then to find the Air con leaked so the floor was soaked and I mean soaked! If I was to give it a start I’d give it a 2 at money!
basic and dated
Just come back from a 2 week break, was sold the holiday by TUI as adequate for 2x 2 children in one room. Well the rooms are so inadequate, no storage and dated. Grubby in places but clean. Except the Main pool it’s black silt on the sides and floats as scum in the pool. The bar staff are good but there is only a small bar and it’s great for queuing, Food is good but again queuing. Overall don’t be expected a top of the range holiday. basic and questionable
