This beautiful hotel is situated overlooking the Atlantic Ocean close to the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes, in Santiago Del Teide. The Teide National Park can be reached within a short drive and the airport is about 35 minutes’ drive. The beach is just a few steps away, the city centre and numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are within walking distance. It features outdoor swimming pools, one children's pool and a variety of sports facilities. Guests can enjoy a delicious meal in the onsite restaurant. The rooms are decorated with light colours and are well equipped with all the essential amenities needed to have a comfortable holiday.
Currently staying here. Initially was quite excited when arrived, clean looking from outside etc. First night besides leaking fill valve in toilet and issues with blanking plates for electrics (we have a toddler).
Second night in cockroaches appeared effectively ruining our stay. We're on ground floor near restaurant, odd one wouldn't be a problem but there's been multiple. I purchased some raid spray from local shop.
Reported to desk staff who friendly, for maintenance to come and "spray something" after being told we couldn't move rooms. Tui rep initially a bit rude and dismissive (older gent)
It was clear someone had been in the room however I then found another cockroach on the curtains. We will not be eating here and are looking forward to getting home.

Couldn't log an issue on tui app as it wouldn't save which we have a video of as well as video evidence of issues in room and plenty of pictures. We will raise with TUI once home Friday (thank god)

Family of six, two rooms, eleven nights all-inclusive in August, booked through TUI.
We found cockroaches in one of our rooms on day one. The room was effectively unusable that night and none of us slept. The hotel moved us, but we went on seeing cockroaches in both rooms for the rest of the stay. It got better towards the end, but it didn't stop.
The part that concerned me most was that this clearly wasn't confined to our room. Cockroaches were visible in the corridors and around the pool. That points to a pest control problem across the hotel rather than bad luck with one room.
If you're travelling with children, think carefully. Mine were distressed by it and the start of what was meant to be a relaxing family holiday was spent managing the problem instead.
There are things to like here and we still managed to enjoy parts of the trip. But I can't recommend it as things stand, and I wouldn't book it again without knowing the hotel had properly dealt with this.
Currently here & have been once before. Staff very friendly, rooms cleaned daily. Would return. My only criticism is the poor barman at the pool bar ...... needs to be more staff on that bar, the wait is ridiculous. The 1 token means u can only get 1 drink at a time, so again needs more staff on the bar. The roof terrace is lovely but needs umbrellas up there, there's currently 1. Last time we came the tub on the roof was free, I think its expensive for allocated time. Probably why we have never seen anyone in it.
Standard All Inclusive. Food was good, but was like a works canteen. Room was great, with a balcony overlooking the pool. For what we paid, it was good value Not really my type of place.
Came for a late summer week away and was looking for just a relaxing week by the pool. And that's what we got; it's not a fancy hotel, but the staff have been great. We got a room upgrade on arrival, and the all-inclusive drinks were good, with the bars open 10am till 12pm. The food was a bit mixed, and some more labelling of items would help, but the Italian restaurant was lovely, and I'd recommend everyone book a night there. The entertainment staff are superstars; they work long days and weeks putting activities and shows on, and they make an effort to include everyone and encourage you to join in. Davead, Paul and Dominic have been great fun and a laugh throughout the week, whether you are taking part or just watching from the side. I would definitely come back just because of the Animations team. Thanks for a super week Kate and Louise (Scotland)
