Situated in a magnificent frontline position in Puerto de Santiago on the west coast of Tenerife, the modern hotel boasts spectacular views over the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes, the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera. Restaurants and bars are just a few steps away. The international airport Tenerife South is at a distance of approximately 45 km from the hotel. The rooms have a stylish design and most of them enjoy fantastic views of the sea and the cliffs. The hotel offers outdoor pools, a mini-club, a gym and various sports facilities. Guests can get pampered in the excellent spa area with hydro massage pools or sip on a cocktail while taking in the remarkable atmosphere of the surroundings.
Our 6th visit. The food was amazing. So much choice. The pools were excellent. The evening entertainment was varied and good.
We stayed half board for two weeks. The location of the hotel with views of La Gomera and the cliffs of Los gigantes are simply stunning. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the food is the best we have had in any stay in the canaries with a buffet style approach. There were a few issues with the air conditioning and the shower. We should have reported the air conditioning really as it did work but took so long and then it was too cold at night. We would consider returning again
This is our second visit, after loving our trip last year. Everything was amazing from facilities to staff to meals. Only improvements I would suggest are: More bar staff at peak times. Adhere to the ‘no towel on sun-bed’ policy. Allow lunch on late check outs, especially if you didn’t have any meals on your arrival day (due to late arrival). Please add English channels to the TV.
Just returned back from a four / day five nights day at this beautiful hotel due to our selected flight times. It was my friend and I first time staying in an adult only hotel and it was very nice. Loved the offer of activities around the pool area, the team were great fun and entertaining , getting everyone involved in the holiday spirit! I joined in a couple of aqua aerobics which were great fun and I could see lots of other activities going on, full of people joining in if they wanted to. Good to plan any activities you’d like to do because some get fully booked , some different ones like sound baths and aqua spin. Also yoga and Pilates, darts etc Staff in all areas, restaurant, breeze bar and reception all very professional and helpful, they were all working hard. We had seen reviews of long wait at breeze bar which is understandable as majority of people seem to be enjoying the cocktails as we did. Loved the barcela sunshine and strawberry mojitos especially! You are on holiday with a lot of people so expect that! Saying that food was quick! We were fully inclusive but a couple of evenings we chose to have an early meal at the breeze bar where you could choose from a pretty good menu. I had steak a couple of times which was very nice. The staff are always looking around to see who needs serving, even if it takes a little time. They aren’t stood around doing nothing! We had chosen a ground floor garden view apartment with whirlpool spa which was lovely ( and more expensive choice of room) but had sun on an evening too and you could hear the music from the entertainment when we wanted to chill in our room. Entertainment we saw was ok , standard holiday entertainment, beware seating area does seem to be the smoking area near to the entertainment area. I had a walk around the area around the hotel and walked over to the natural pool but didn’t manage to revisit and try it! Beautiful views from pool area and sun loungers too! Like some reviews some areas of rooms needed attention, seals on doors of shower but it didn’t affect our stay. I know that a busy hotel will have time to put things right when they can. Air conditioning to be honest not the best. Food in restaurant like in most fully inclusives very much the same . If you are staying longer it can get repetitive but understandable for a large hotel catering for 900 people that we were told were staying! I liked a differnt county’s cuisine available on a chosen night. Loved the omelettes for breakfast. Grilled fish for lunch and steak and pork for dinner. Lots for everyone to choose from. Yes it got busy but there’s a board to indicate when the busier times were. There is also a spa and gym. I had a treatment which consisted of a back massage and sound bath which I have done before ( sound bath only) and was lovely and relaxing. Good price for treatment too and well worth it! All and all we had a lush holiday, hot weather and can see why we spoke to a fair few returning guests!
I stayed at the hotel with my girlfriend. We had such an amazing time, very good food, kind staff and also humor was something we loved about them. the location of the hotel is amazing, VERY good views and from the hotel there are many places you can go for activities. Overall a place we would definitely visit again!
