This beautiful hotel is located in northern Tenerife, on the coastal town of Puerto de la Cruz. The airport is about 25 minutes' drive away. It is just a short stroll from the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, a charming fishing town where guests can soak in the Canarian atmosphere and let themselves be delighted by the local gastronomy. The sea front promenade is lined with a wide variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Around the pool area, visitors can find a bar which offers snacks and drinks, an outdoor pool and a terrace with comfortable sun loungers. The elegant rooms come with all the necessary amenities to have a pleasant stay. Only Adults hotel, minimum age 16.

Taoro Garden Vacation
The Taoro Garden Hotel is fantastic, and the staff took great care of us. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town and is part of a park. All the staff members are wonderful and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and amazing views. The hotel is quiet, clean, and has a wonderful atmosphere. There’s a very wide selection of great food and drinks. Thank you, and we hope to come back for another vacation.
Fantastic!! Can’t wait for next year!!
This was my first ever solo all inclusive trip and I had an amazing time! The hotel, the staff, the food and above all the peace and quiet!! So it is a bit of a trip from the airport but it is definitely worth the journey. (I was an hour and 20 mins with my transfer) I arrived at the hotel late at night. Upon my arrival I was greeted warmly and informed they had set aside a plate of food and water for me in the dining area. I thought that was such a nice gesture. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Of course you have your favourites, Tomas, Douglas, Jessica, Ericka Niedy and a few others. They really are a credit to the hotel. The food did not disappoint either, I had breakfast most mornings all the food was fresh and there was something for everyone! Lunch the same and Dinner never failed to hit the spot. This was my first all inclusive holiday and I’ve seen what other hotels have offered their guests in the past, it was nothing like this!! I’m ex forces too so I had this image of what it might be like in my head lol was far from it!! The snacks in between meals were fantastic, ranged from pizza, panini, salad, burgers, fries. But you could see they were made with care and not just slapped on a plate. The drinks range was brilliant too lots of different cocktails or cerveza! Non alcoholic too. Jessica and Niedy made the best cocktails. The pool area was lovely no smoking or eating on the loungers & no one and I mean no one was up at 5am to bag a lounger!! It was the perfect place to unwind and listen to the parrots & other birds. Ericka was on hand with low key entertainment not shouting or getting in your face about joining in. She taught me snap bo which was fun and we joined in for a wee game of bingo. I won a voucher for a cocktail that wasn’t included with all inclusive. Just lounging by the pool soaking up the rays was pure bliss for me!! My room was situated on the ground floor, which I loved. It was clean and had everything you need. Also the bed was comfy! I didn’t do any trips out but the friends I made did and they enjoyed the zoo, the botanical gardens oh and star gazing from the top of the mountains! I didn’t pop into town a few times. Speak to staff about best authentic tapas bars! I like El Camino situated by the shopping centre. The town is gorgeous if you love silver jewellery look for a shop called IKONIA down by the waterfront. If you want to get away and unwind I highly recommend this hotel!! I’m going back next year!!
A little bit of Paradise
I thought the outstanding gardens and setting of the Tauro Gardens were beautiful An absolute paradise for the birds and people with the back door onto further gardens. Next, I must mention the staff who I thought were very friendly, especially in the dining room, and very efficient. Think the food was of a very good standard and variety. The freshly cooked omelette were delicious in the mornings and the meals at night although sometimes not a large variety, were good. All great pluses ++++. The terrace was always busy in the evenings and the entertainment was low key but varied. The room was off the bar and terrace and sometimes felt as if it were a 'passing through point which is a little unsettling. There was some nice canarian music one night, a keyboard player, a good saxophonist and singer too but the saloon lacked lacked atmosphere. I think although we did not use it the hotel bus service is an important feature of the hotel (it ran 5 and a half days a week) as hotel it located up quite high in a hilly area (remember those views I talked about) or you need a taxi if not got a good level of fitness, although to be fair Puerto de la Cruz which I like is quite hilly too. Next time I might like to go when it is slightly cooler. We had a superior Teide view room with pleasant views overlooking gardens and pool. It was quiet and not at all noisy. The room itself was of a good size and also the bathroom. My only criticism would be that all all the baths should be provided with bath mats for inside the bath and it is a bit high getting out. When revamped a little, it would have been good to have put in a walk in shower...plenty of space. My only other comment would be perhaps people shouldn't have to pay for tea and coffee packs but I should mention that there is a returnable deposit on the kettle, I think some holidaymakers are getting confused with paying for the extra items with kettle deposit. Very clean. You do pay for the safe and deposit for pool towels although I did not use. Overall drinks were about right for a 4 star hotel but not cheap of course. I would definitely stay again in such beautiful surroundings.

Relaxing
Great for relaxation staff were polite and helpful only two negative points was no kettle in room and no air con in the lounge, but still a great place to visit.
Fantastic hotel.
Fantastic hotel. The food, staff and setting are amazing. If you want a quiet. Relaxing break with some good fun activities then I would highly recommend this hotel.
