This beautiful hotel is located in northern Tenerife, on the coastal town of Puerto de la Cruz. The airport is about 25 minutes' drive away. It is just a short stroll from the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, a charming fishing town where guests can soak in the Canarian atmosphere and let themselves be delighted by the local gastronomy. The sea front promenade is lined with a wide variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Around the pool area, visitors can find a bar which offers snacks and drinks, an outdoor pool and a terrace with comfortable sun loungers. The elegant rooms come with all the necessary amenities to have a pleasant stay. Only Adults hotel, minimum age 16.
Nice hotel, quiet location above Puerto de la Cruz. Friendly staff throughout, lovely pool area and no problems finding a sunbed. The hotel can provide pool towels should you need them. Food overall was good, though they had issues in the restaurant at breakfast with only one of the two coffee machines working several mornings causing queues and at dinner they were very slow to replenish the food choices on the buffet on a few nights.
I had a mountain view room overlooking the pool and it was nice and peaceful, the bathroom though was dated but it was kept spotlessly clean and fresh towels provided whenever you needed them.
I enjoyed the lowkey entertainment offered in the bar and the prices of drinks was very reasonable. The hotel offers a free minbus most days at set times to and from the town . I caught a taxi back to the hotel after an evening out and that only cost me 5 Euro. The walk down to the town took about 10 minutes through the park and using the steps but be aware there are lots of flights of steps coming back so the location of the hotel would not suit everyone. There is a restaurant in the Taoro Park but that is all, there are no cafes or bars within easy walking distance of the hotel which is a great pity, the hotel being in a residential and hilly area. I did enjoy my stay at the TRH Taoro Garden hotel but I probably would not return due to the location.
Superb, Food, Service and hospitality amazing
We visited taoro Gardens for 10 days sept /Oct what a stunning place wild parrots flying around very entertaining and beautiful. Quiet and spotlessly clean couldn't fault it at all . Location was great for us a bit hilly outside but the hotel has a free shuttle bus and it was only 5 euros in a taxi to the town . Rooms were spotlessly clean and cleaned every day clean towels also if you needed them . Breakfast was everything or anything you wanted i dont know what more you could possibly want . We ate at the snack bar also which was delicious 😋. Evening meals there was something for everyone always plenty of fruit also . Desserts well my husband and brother in law certainly enjoyed them 😊 delicious. Everyone made us welcome and were very friendly. My sister and I also treated ourselves to a massage which was amazing thankyou and so reasonable. We would also like to thank the two ladies on the front desk who helped my husband retrieve his bag he had left on the transfer bus with everything in . You two are absolute angels 😇 💖 thankyou . We will definitely be back xx
Beautiful hotel garden , very peaceful stay. The staff are friendly and customer service outstanding. Room clean and beds very comfortable.
This is a hotel where the vast majority of the staff seem to actually care about the customer. The hotel is quiet and has good food too. Thank you for a good break.
