The Perla Tenerife Hotel offers half board and all inclusive stays, and is situated in a quiet residential area of Puerto de La Cruz. It's a fantastic location. Sub-tropical trees partially surround the hotel grounds and give a feeling of being close to nature here. You can really get a feel for the undulating landscape of Tenerife here too, with a mountain peak rising up in the near distance.
If you want to see a little bit more of Tenerife's exotic landscape then there aren't many better locations. There are some excellent views of the mountains from the beach – and that's just twenty minutes' walk away. (Or get there even quicker by free shuttle bus.)
The famous Taoro is even closer. Here, you can roam through the winding trails amid lush vegetation and really feel at one with it all. Even with all the other attractions of offer, this is somewhere you'll want to come back to.
Another must-see on your tour is the Puerto de La Cruz orchid gardens, and residents at the Perla Tenerife Hotel are entitled to free entry.
The rooms at the Perla Tenerife Hotel are roomy and bright. Like the rest of the hotel, rooms favour a fresh, bright colour palette and emphasise that sense of space. All en suite rooms contain a ceiling fan as well as satellite TV, telephone, hairdryer and kettle (on request). There is also a balcony or terrace, giving you the chance to soak up the views.
For those days when you want to take it easy and soak up some rays by the pool or on the solarium, you can. The Perla Tenerife Hotel also has a sauna (at a fee). And in between dips you can relax in the dedicated reading room, or check out your emails with Wi-Fi (at a fee) at the bar.

This 3-star hotel offering Half Board or All-Inclusive stays, is in a quiet residential area of Puerto de La Cruz near to the Taoro Park. It is about 20 minutes walk to the beach, Playa Jardin, Lago Martianez swimming pools and the city centre. There is a FREE shuttle service to the town centre at scheduled times and days.
We were honestly a little skeptical before arriving at Muthu La Perla Tenerife. We had read quite a few reviews from this summer and were worried that the reality might not live up to our expectations. Fortunately, once we arrived, we discovered that our concerns had been largely unfounded. Our room was actually much better than expected: spacious, comfortable and practical, with a small kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, extractor hood, electric hob and sink. Kitchenware is available from reception for a deposit, as is a fan for the room. There is no air conditioning, which we were initially aware of, but for the end of September and beginning of October we honestly did not feel that we needed it. The temperature was comfortable, especially at night. The bathroom was another pleasant surprise: spacious, clean and modern. Bed linen was changed very frequently, almost daily during our stay, and towels were also replaced regularly. The breakfast is definitely on the modest side, so don't come expecting a huge buffet with endless choices. However, for us this was not a major issue, especially considering the overall value and the location. The neighbourhood is actually one of the things we really liked. It is a clean, quiet and safe residential area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and plenty of greenery, with a tennis club nearby. It feels much more local and residential than a typical tourist zone. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The conditions were better than we expected, the staff were helpful and attentive, and we appreciated the small details that made our stay comfortable. After being worried by some of the recent summer reviews, we can honestly say that our experience at Muthu La Perla Tenerife was a positive one, and we would happily stay here again.
Reservé en este hotel online pagando todo un mes antes y cuando llego me dicen q no había pagado , habiéndome enviado ellos el recibo del pago, lo siguiente fue q reserve una habitación ejecutiva con vistas al océano , y no me la pusieron , me dieron unas con vistas a la calle , hotel pésimo no lo recomiendo además no tenía aire acondicionado pero tenía ventilador y no me lo ofrecieron dormí horriblente mal
¿Recuerdan la película de Los Brady? Pues el Hotel sigue estancado en aquella época… Vinimos a Tenerife únicamente a pasar dos días. Somos de Gran Canaria y conocemos Tenerife de cabo a rabo pero aun así visitamos la isla a menudo así que tampoco buscábamos un super hotelazo donde desconectar porque eso ya lo hacemos en nuestra isla. Pero…. Tampoco esperábamos encontrarnos con esto. Para empezar….. está muy pero que muy escondido. Nos costó mucho encontrarlo y, una vez que lo encontramos, no había donde aparcar. Nada más entrar nos recibió un recepcionista agobiado por la cantidad de huéspedes que tenía en la recepción quejándose por el mal estado de las habitaciones, además de una cola enorme para entrar en el minúsculo comedor y un montón de ruido. Así que, pese a haber pagado media pensión, hicimos todas nuestras comidas fuera. Al menos tuvimos la suerte de que nuestra habitación tenía ventilador en el techo, aunque tuvimos que dejar 10 euros de fianza por el mando y encima no funcionaba. Gracias a una chica que apareció por allí, un par de horas después vinculó el mando (porque no pertenecía nuestro ventilador) Evidentemente no volveremos
Hola. Hemos estado alojados mi pareja y yo en este hotel 4 días, teníamos muchas dudas por todo lo que habíamos leído. Solo quiero señalar que todo ha sido perfecto, hay pequeñas cosas pero quedan muy lejos de lo que habíamos leído. Mi enhorabuena al hotel! Gracias.
Habitacipn sin aire acondicionado ni vemtilador ni nada, el desayuno bien pero la cena pesima, pocas cosas y malas, mejor comer fuera de ahi. Piscima enana para la gente q habia, lo mejor los trabajadores, amables y correctos.
